I'm going on my first solo trip in Sept, and I'm 70 and driving in from Houston! I'm scared but excited. I also will be staying at Pop. Usually my family and I rent a house but have stayed at Pop many years ago. Thanks for sharing your trip!
Unfortunately all of my footage was accidentally deleted from the rest of the trip 😩 devastating. But the trip was amazing! I cannot recommend a solo trip enough.
I always go solo and that's my relaxing for me because I have a 3 year old grandson I need that vacation just so I can relax take my daughter and my grandson but I just can't afford it but I need time to myself cuz I am retired
I did stay at Pop Century in 2022 I really liked it I just went past May 2024 I stayed at the All-Star movies I can't wait to plan my next Disney trip I went 2022 Solo in 2024 solo I really enjoyed myself
I am so happy for you and that you know you need a mental break. One recommendation for your next solo trip: stack your lighting lines at 7 a.m. since you are staying on the property. If done right, you can have 2LL by 11 a.m., 3LL by 1 p.m., 4lLL by 3pm, and so on. You do not need to be in the park to grab a LL. For example, if you want a 5 pm-ish toy Story mania, then you can grab an LL early, even if the time is not right. You can always modify it. I travel solo to Disney often, and it helps me plan my day.
Yes!!! This was something I didn't realize at the time of this trip but have fully utilized since then. Thank you so much for the kind words. It was a trip of a lifetime.

Nooo, that's so sad! I'm so sorry, that must've been so upsetting. I'm glad that your trip was awesome though, you've really got me feeling like I should do a solo trip!@@caitscozycorner
@@jled1995 it definitely depends on crowd levels and how popular the attraction is. For rides like Haunted Mansion, Nemo, Mermaid, etc they’ll seat you alone. Coasters are hit or miss. Most of the time I was alone!
hi!! I haven’t finished watching but I love ur vid so far!! One thing though is maybe invest in a clip on mic? I think that would be a huge help! Also no hate whatsoever

I can't recommend it enough! It really changed my life (not to sound dramatic hahaha) and I can't wait to do it again. @@giftenetienne9556
Thanks for the video! I’m going solo, for the first time, soon! Do you usually sit with someone on the rides or do they let you sit solo?
