Don’t worry about selling a light-colored fabric bag…people know light colored cloth shows dirt faster! Maybe include notes on being careful with the cleanliness or how to help keep it clean (or get it dry-cleaned, something like that Let people know the fabric has been lightly or treated to assist in dirt repelling (I know you’ll be more eloquent with your description, lol). Just throwing something out here as ideas for you…
Don’t discount bags such as these! People who want them will pay for them!!!
To Help Keep Skunky Clean:
Cut out a few nice-sized square pieces of the stripes, more white than black. Lint roll them shoeless, then spray with a Scotch- Guard spray. Iron one piece dry, let the other piece air dry. See if it makes a difference in the hand/feel of the treated fabric. Test each square by rubbing it on another darker fabric, throw dirt on some, etc. See if the Scotch Guard is worth the process for you…

I've been binging your videos over the last week or so because they're like the perfect thing to have on when I'm sewing and just had to say i find how happy you are to compliment your own work inspiring! Especially because it's so apparent that you have a high standard for what you produce given the few times you've decided not to sell a piece for minor flaws most people wouldn't notice. It feels like you have a great approach to assessing your work which as someone who finds it hard not to be overly critical or negative about my own work it's definitely something i can learn from.

Demin tends to bleed if not prewashed a few times or a long wash cycle. The bag came out nice. Duck canvas comes in a variety of colors as well.

Have you tested Scotchgard on the white? I use it to protect my hand embroidery that I do on my bags.
