    Smashed 45 mins weight training, then I did 13 min skipping non stop and then I did 12 rounds shadow boxing 1 min rest. All this on a empty stomach fasted state, I'm thrilled and proud. But of course probably be tad different getting hit in the face lol, but still good though! I've only got back to cardio month ago

    I went 12 rounds today on my 300 pound heavy bag . Not kidding . Was exhausted last 2 rounds but I made sure I had 200 punches even in the last 2 rounds

      @@lukekirk7899 i am just increasing it to 15 rounds. thing is the more we can go without gassing thats key., coz i think guys like ggg dont get knocked out primarily because he doesnt gas and also his chin. coz when ur gassed ur focused about getting past the rounds and not on the punches

    Me and my 9yr old who is a football star in the making.has never done boxing cardio..I haven't done it in yrs...He lasted 8 rounds and I went the.full 12... I'm so proud of him..As for me my hands are trashed lol..

    I gassed at round 5. Boxing Cardio is interesting because it is not like running cardio...My lungs were fine but my muscles just gave out. Felt all wobbly. lol. Oh well, next time though...

      Its best to train cardio for boxing by actually boxing. Running is just supplementary. How long you can last is a combination of cardio fitness and the endurance of the muscles being used. I was in the best cardio shape of my life after a season of swim practice, but still couldn't run a mile without gassing out because my legs weren't used to running movements.

    I'm 41
    I can get 4 rounds pretty consistently
    75 pound bag
    Round one only jab
    Round 2 jab and right cross
    Round 3 the above plus hooks and kicks
    Round 4 the above plus spinning elbows and overhand right
    Yall got me curious though. Next time I'll see how rounds I can get before gassing out

      I was doing 2 minute rounds back then.
      Then I upgraded to 3 minute rounds.
      Now I can do 3-4 rounds..5 minutes each with a 1 minute break in between.
      I'm trying to get up to ufc champion ship level.
      5 rounds at 5 minutes each with 1 minute rest between each round

    I hit my heavy bag and made it all the way to 12 rounds and my arms didn't give it out until after a hour of going the distance, my workout routine for my amateur boxing is 12 rounds of hitting the heavy bag, and then 12 rounds again but mixing up everything I do with some bag hitting and jump roping and speed bag, I really want to be a pro boxer someday
