Smashed 45 mins weight training, then I did 13 min skipping non stop and then I did 12 rounds shadow boxing 1 min rest. All this on a empty stomach fasted state, I'm thrilled and proud. But of course probably be tad different getting hit in the face lol, but still good though! I've only got back to cardio month ago

I gassed at round 5. Boxing Cardio is interesting because it is not like running cardio...My lungs were fine but my muscles just gave out. Felt all wobbly. lol. Oh well, next time though...
Its best to train cardio for boxing by actually boxing. Running is just supplementary. How long you can last is a combination of cardio fitness and the endurance of the muscles being used. I was in the best cardio shape of my life after a season of swim practice, but still couldn't run a mile without gassing out because my legs weren't used to running movements.
@@emmittmaximus6619 Just watched and subscribed. You did pretty good, you def got hands. Try to emphasize more on your footwork and head movement and you can get really good.
@@LINKchris87 okay man thanks my friend and i were the last on they card and my friend was right before me. not even 30 seconds in he got knocked out cold and it threw me off since my opponent barely threw any straight punches he was swinging. i should have pulled the trigger and played it too safe

I'm 41 I can get 4 rounds pretty consistently 75 pound bag Round one only jab Round 2 jab and right cross Round 3 the above plus hooks and kicks Round 4 the above plus spinning elbows and overhand right Yall got me curious though. Next time I'll see how rounds I can get before gassing out
