(Disclaimer: While COB technically hasn't ended as a band, it is very much in a state of indefinite limbo, mostly due to legal reasons.)
I was never really a COB fan, but hell I loved them everytime they were playing live shows. And I loved their energy. I remember being 16, and getting a T-shirt with "wildchild" written on it, and everytime I wore it, I was thinking of Alexi, and his off stage antics. COB were everything a young person wanted to be. Botherhood, wild parties, good times. When Allu died, it was like "ok guys, the good times are over now". I still miss these days. Festivals, mud, and weird, oldschool metalheads trashed beyond oblivion.
One of my biggest regrets in life, not seeing CoB live
Most of us were too young. Then you get a little older and don’t have the time.
@@guthrie1181 I saw them twice, and I'm in my mid 50's
@@howiepearson3455 What year did you see them?
saw them on halloween with carach angren was very nice. Also really intimate crowd wasnt that many people there. they started the set with this song
Saw cob 11 times. Always pure energy. Every. Single. Time
When I started playing guitar I bought a dvd featuring him and he broke stuff down on how to play some of his songs. This life performance was featured on it also. I was blown away by the show and had helped keep me inspired to keep practicing. Thank you for all the great music and passion Alexi you will be missed. R.I.P.
Not to be dramatic but this DVD is perhaps my favorite piece of media the human race has ever created.
Rip to Alexi a true legend🤘
Mother of God I didn't know this, wtf man, I loved Alexi, I used to take big breaks between coming back to listen to Bodom but he was always there to comfort me in my time of anger and frustration, this somehow hurts worse than Chester and Chris Cornell, fuck this world man.
Dear Alexi Laiho, your songs and melodies will live forever in our souls. Rest in music, Wildchild. 🖤🤘🏻
The sound engineer deserves a raise.
Golden years.
Your legacy Will never died, alexii
RIP Alexi & the sound guy for fucking with Janne's solo.
Alexi you are in my heart forever .. Sleep well bro
RIP Alexi
RIP
I miss the christmas my bestfriend got this live dvd.
We spent our entire winter vacation being hooligan metalheads, shashing cammo pants into shorts, emulating our favorite bands and discovering what we loved.
amazing band
0:44 ❤️🔥. Missing Alexi and missing this great band
I was thinking of seeing COB live after covid.. then I remembered.. fuck me. RIP
rip alexi 😔
I love Children Of Bodom ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is really at 196 bpm? I swear he hits like 8 notes a second in that solo. Not 3. Still learning but isnt that basically what that means? The fastest beats of a song dictates the bpm? Like lowest commom denominator?
O nasıl giriş yiğidim. Tüyler tiken tiken be mınake

Buy LADA!
They were so noisy and sloppy live.
This performance wasn't about hitting every note perfectly, it was just raw energy!
