bro i can only work on one shinobi right now as i am out of resources 😅 do you think i should spend rest in momoshiki (ex 0 lb 0 4 star 0) or should i spend in tsunade (lb lvl 0) or should i lvl up shadow sasuke old lb to finish him complete?
i want most worth it investment and if none worth lmk cuz ill have no more resource for lvl 15 lb after dis

Tsunade's new 4* must be 8lvl, if u use her. Another jutsu's not that important
Shadow is must have for def., so i recommend u to focus on him
Momo is mid. tier, but ig better than Tsunade. U might build him after Shadow.
