  • The new Ask Envision feature allows customers to ask questions about a piece of text or document they have just scanned, such as a menu card, electricity bill, or cooking instructions. For example, after scanning a menu, you could ask Envision, “What are the vegetarian options available?” and receive a helpful response. This feature is powered by GPT-4 by OpenAI, one of the most advanced language models in the world, to understand and answer natural language questions.
To use Ask Envision, access the text ‘Reader’ after scanning your document with the ‘Scan Text’ feature. Press and hold the hinge button on your Envision Glasses until you hear a chime, then ask your question and wait for the virtual assistant to answer. Please note that since this feature uses ChatGPT, it may occasionally produce inaccurate information about people, places, or facts.

I'm really looking forward to being able to try this at some point. I hope it comes to the app as well.

OK, brilliant. I can't compliment everyone on this highly enough. It's truly a quantum leap in tech for low vision. You're all just amazing.
Now, though, let's cover the most important question that I feel everyone will agree on. How do I get the Envision voice to sound like JARVIS from Iron-Man? Also, how long will it be until this is available in a Jordi LeForge format?

, So that question about document position as answered. The Orcam doesn’t say that, helping you orient yourself to the document. That’s one good feature about that I guess, so one for inviting Theresa, zero for Orcam. Good to know. 2:08

Please ask what is in those nachos, OK? I know you’ve logged into created this probably, but I just like to know. Voice text is a lot better than that for Orcam as well, but you don’t get “waiting “music. You can do the same things with the tracks, seeking forward and back through everything. However, you cannot ask Orcam about the item. One for Orcam, two for the glasses. 3:19

How are you accessing the “scam text, “feature? That would be neat, having glasses, literally speak for them selves as they read your flyer. Pretty cool, and although you can ask Orcam Mayeye things, always have to say the prompt “hey Orcam, “before anything. Here, you don’t that’s good. It’s almost like having a conversation with your assistive technology. Photos wondered when that would be the future, haven’t dreamed of it I guess for several years. Now, if we could only just have a conversation with Siri, like that, constantly speaking back-and-forth, instead of always saying “hey Siri, “ 6:08

I might be asking the most important, dear, do you have to literally look at the text in a certain way, or hold it away from you in a certain way like you do with Orcam Mayeye version two? I have ordered mobile devices, and sometimes, it’s frustrating to figure out how far away to position the packs. This is especially true with medicine bottles. Of course, Orcam was a lot of money… Over $3000. That’s a lot of expense, but I have course paid out and payment plans, or some thing that I don’t think works as well as it should. Of course, it is AI, and unfortunately, that’s where our country is going to… If our country stands up that long, that is. Of course, I’m talking about the United States of America, but you’re probably in India. That’s OK, keep up the good work. 1:55

Cool, so can you ask it to translate text into English? Apparently you have an English in Spanish voice installed, but how many more do you have? Of course, you can’t have them all or else the wrestlers would literally break. However, that’s pretty cool that the language switches instantly in Spanish to English. But will it come up with next, and are the speakers bone conducting? Can Bluetooth headphone’s connected to the unit, just like the Kenworth Orcam Mayeye version two. 5:11

If you can’t speak that well, due to Disability, or other reasons, will the InVision glasses still help you and understand correctly? This is pretty cool so far, and I’ll stop keeping track of what Orcam can, and cannot do process these classes. I just wanted to give you some samples. What about the price for these? Can you change the voice you’re using? Is this New AP, assistive technology? Can you help a student read the blackboard from halfway across the classroom, or if there is more find some student. There’s always good to learn about new 18, and have one would use it with a visual impairment or Blindness. I’m assuming, that people like myself for a total of wine when you use this? 4:06
