I had a few requests after featuring my pug Miley in my videos to film either a day in the life of owning a pug or an 'owning a pug' video so I combined the two and have filmed a day of What it's like to own a pug vlog!!
Owning a pug is one of the most magical things ever, pugs are so loving, loyal, sweet and adorable. They will always be by your side no matter what.
So here is what it is like to own a pug, and if you're thinking of getting or adopting one please do your research beforehand as although they are adorable, pugs do require a lot of care and attention!

My ❤ pug Bones (14 years) died last year in August . I am still heartbroken to this day. Thanks for the lovely video. Pugs are such loving creatures.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I recently rescued a pug called Peppa (she’s on my shorts!) sadly from a very abused background and she passed away from an infection she had when she came to be after 3 weeks. My heart is distraught 😫 can’t imagine your loss. Love these little babies xxxx

Awesome video!! A friend of mine has a pug, well 2 but one of them died back in 2020. So she just has the one pug now but she (the pug Lola) is so cute and sweet! I love your accent by the way!

Thank you for this. I would really like to get a pug but I can only get one dog and I think they do better with a buddy. I'm only in the office twice a week and could do doggie day care those days, so I'm considering it still. I just love pugs, cared for one for six weeks once and I've never been the same lol.

Wow some of these comments are so mean for no reason. Very cute video. We are getting a pug in a few days and I’m super excited. I’m the most impressed with how well they get along… I have a bulldog who is best friends with my little cat but is way too rough with my chihuahua… makes no sense, but we’ll get it one day I hope

This is a CALM Puggie. You should meet my Mr. Insano 😅😅😅😅. 8 month old rescue. He takes flying leaps from the top of the doghouse 😱. He sleeps inside. Its a doghouse for fresh air time.

I need help. I almost killed two beautiful ones on the road. So I picked them up. I think they escaped their home and they are scared. I have them in my room but dont know how to take care of them

My 10 yr old “Watson” (no, not a doctor) is always loyally by my side. Yes…this accurately portrays my days. We’ve solved many a difficult case together. Thank God I’m retired so I can keep up with him. (PS: stop messing with your hair, it looks fine.)

Where does she sleep?
On the bed with me but she also has 3 of her own beds & a bean bag
i'm on my 4th . this one is old school. weather i like it or not! bigger. skinny and a demon! like the older breed a well over a hundred years ago. and she will not get out of my pool! swimmers body we call her! insane!

You must have an unhealthy dog or is the result of inbreeding. I have eight pugs, my wife and I are home breeders. None of our dog have had to have surgery, other than a freak eye injury. I don’t appreciate you implying that they are an unhealthy breed. Yes they shead, fawns the most, apricots and blacks not as much.
Thank you for your lovely comment! 🙃 I’m not implying they’re an unhealthy breed, just purely speaking about my experiences from having one. I’d do anything for my pug hence highlighting some issues she’s had. I’ve also worked very closely with a pug charity who rescues pugs everyday throughout the UK and know that people get pugs without being aware of some problems they have, hence them being given up. I’m really pleased all your pugs have been healthy. Thanks for watching
Pugs are widely known as an unhealthy breed, its literally in their genetics to have many issues from breathing to skin and more...
Theres no such thing as a healthy pug, they are fundamentally screwed up.
