Out of some of the tutorials I’ve seen this is by far the best and easiest that I want to do on my hair. I also bought the Cuban twist hair like omg it’s going to look full looking so I need another hair I see that you don’t use the freestress hair everybody else using. I’m so glad you did not twist it back up lol. Imma do this method it so cute 🥰

As I’ve done this style more and more, I’ve learned. Yes use FREETRESS (I know I said don’t but DISREGARD THAT) , it tangles faster so to prevent slippage . And wrap tighter! Not as tight as regular faux locs but not “loose” . It will be more secure!

Beautiful work. How long does this style typically last?
i got soft locs & they lasted 3-4 weeks. but if i would’ve actually put my hair in a bonnet & wrapped it, it would’ve lasted longer. so like a month or longer depending on you lol
i did my own soft locs and they lasted me about 2 months
Is it necessary to do a braid over the natural hair or can u do the crochet on the natural hair?

Heyy so I have a question so if I don’t see marlo of lulu Tess what other hair would you prefer plus I wouldn’t know how many packs to get my hair go down pass my bra straps so how much hair you thing ?
any type of lately hair will work , every hair store has it. if you can find lulutress, you should use freetress , buy 7-8 packs for midback

I’m doing mines now and I feel like they are so fat how do you get them skinnier. They were skinnier when twisting but after I glued the end I feel like they got fatter
