This show was so good! I swear if you haven't given this series a shot and you're looking for something original and great this is it! Im aware of the Original movie, loved that, but I honestly loved this more. Story felt rich and entertaining, with genuine heart. I know I will be rewatching this again, so I hope hope hope it gets a s2! Incredible performance from both the leads, I fell in love with their characters. 10/10! Could not recommend enough!

Their press run was super under appreciated. I enjoyed their interviews nearly as much as the show itself. I love the way they converse with each other. You can tell they are being truthful when they say they got really close.
I’m already ready for Season 2. First season was awesome, and their chemistry is on point.

Donald and Maya have crazy chemistry on the show and in real life they have the comfortablness of two really good friends. I love when they end up just talking to one another, it’s a sweet platonic intimacy that I enjoy seeing between a man and a woman.

I did not think I would really like it coming of Atlanta expectations, but it something totally different and it works. Their onscreen chemistry is so great and it's not even about the romance and physical attraction. I wanted more of their conflicts, disagreements and arguments. Can't wait for a Season 2.

I find it interesting how many Black male actors have said no to playing Bond. Idris said no, Rege (of Bridgeton) said no. Now Donald has said no. Omar Sy had already has come up with his own character to play (Lupin). Seems to me something is up with casting Bond - the white actors people have put forward Broccoli 🥦 doesn’t seem to want and the Black actors are saying no. Interesting comment on the franchise, yes?
They are surprisingly boring to listen to, but great actors.
