Great job your doing on the Brutale, I cried 😭 when I had to buy a new rear hub for my brutale 910 when the bearings went now I grease them every 3000 miles keeps them in tip top condition 👍
You'll never forget the history of the bike given the extensive rebuild, but personally I'd go with the bronzed side stand as a touch back to how you got it...

the 2022 Brutale 1000rr is one of the most beautiful liter bikes. Absolutely stunning. They are very rare to see on the road as well. If your budget allows it, maybe you can keep it vs flipping it :) This is a head-turner! Also awesome job, as always!

It is a pretty heavy scrape to the titanium with some pretty deep groves. I'm doubtful the freezing water will push it back to its original memory like steel. Last thing I'd want to do is get a crack and then have a leak 😭
As for your exhaust header, take to a motorcycle exhaust shop/fab shop and they should b able to pressurise it and heat it so it pops back out. Love this build, goes to show there are no limits. Mint job c.j keep it up champ.

It is coming alone nicely, well done! Side stand should definitely be black, goes well with the bike. And I wouldn't worry too much about the header, it is only aesthetically damaged. And thank you again for bringing a naked to the channel, I was sick and tired of all the sporties :P

suggestion sir... if you want to use that burned stock radiator, run a pressure test to sure that there is no leak or any damage on that. 😊 pressurized it with air and submerged it in water... ride safe always... im a huge fan here in Philippines 😊
He definitely makes mistakes from my perspective as a european, but the fact that he works alone and disassembles pretty much everything is already better than 99% of those US car restoration channels where they unscrew the bumber and send everything to different workshops to do the work while filming the result. Subscribed because the guy might have not a lot of skills yet, but he will get them with time. At least I hope so. I must add though, that carbon delaminatiom on the front wheel is really bad. I know it, you know it, everyone knows it. He should better find a carbon repair shop unless he wants to buy a new super expensive wheel.

great job brother, i suggest you find a sand blaster, blast all plastic crust on the metal surface and just send for powder coating or you can repaint them.. for the titanium header, just sand it down and polish them.. anyway i'm impressed..

I like the burnt kickstand. Also, if you can find some ti tubing you could cut a round patch out of it and tack weld it to the header. I had that done with my honda 450. Covers the scuff and makes it look like you have crash protection on the header. Have the fork tubes re-anodized.

Good trick to get those case bolts shiny again is to put them in a drill and use a scotch bright on them. They will look better than new when you’re done. Only catch is you can only do it on stainless, zinc plated bolts will loose the plating and rust over time.
bro just wrap some thermic cloth around the headers till you find a replacement or find someone who can cut and weld a replacement piece in. Btw i was waiting for you to pick up again on the brutale. Amazing determination. Hope at the end it will be worth for you Cj.

Fill that damaged header with water and seal both ends. Put it in the freezer and the water expansion should pop that dent right out.
And possibly tear a new crack into it?!
Could crack the pipe, I’d leave it and just polish it smooth. Nothing is perfect
