Great review brother! I really wanted to love my P2000sk in 40cal, but I have a hard trusting it. The trigger return spring broke at a shockingly low(less than 1000) round count. .***Update HK Customer Service and repair process is Excellent! The customer service agent was very friendly and they had my pistol back to me in less than 1 week. Just a bad batch of springs caused the problem. The P2000sk love and appreciation is back!
@@DanTheWolfman Unfortunately not. I bought it brand new last year. What make the failure sting even more is it sits next to my Ruger P95 in my gun closet. I bought the Ruger 20 years ago(for ($250) and have put around 8k rounds through it. ZERO failures of any kind. l'll probably send it to HK(they make you pay for shipping to them). Hopefully they can let me know exactly what the issue is(maybe just a bad batch of springs?). I'm tempted to just replace the spring with an aftermarket(Wolf?) one. Just a heads up, all those Border Patrol P2000's went to the shredder! No one got an opportunity to buy them! What a waste!
@@jasonroberts9357 either change or send it back...so odd. Ah yes, what another fine law to waist our taxes instead of letting us buy them or arms to friendly countries...
@@DanTheWolfman Just a follow up....H&K repair process is excellent! Very friendly, professional, and FAST(less than 1 week turn around time). It was just a bad spring. I hit the unlucky lottery. The trigger return springs are supposed to last 20k rounds. I'll test it really well, but it should be good to go. Good to be back on the P2K love train!
It's never been that popular. Lots of the people that bought them was because of them being used in a video game and it's generally one of the cheapest hk pistols you can get
Tomorrow Part 2 gets into more is XS Big Dot really Inaccurate? I still think they are a great option for a Carry or Minimalist or R3D from XSSIGHTS.COM. ...."DanTheWolfman"
Watch 2nd half here ua-cam.com/video/B07rz3rMIaM/v-deo.html&t= & check out Both p2000 vs P01 I Did for CCW
Yes, still revelant. It is what I prefer. My HK P2000 is a 9mm LEM, I carry daily.
Nice I kinda wish I went LEM but I hadn't felt heavy lem yet it not that bad and you can change 2 of 3 springs to make almost light lem I guess
Great video. Love my p2000sk in .40. Can’t beat it. Love xs sights as well. If you can shoot, you can shoot. Simple as that
Thanks, next tomorrow see if I can get the sighting down. Thanks for comments.
@@DanTheWolfmanno problem man. Yes you just have to hold the sights a little different now a days respect

Great video. My P2000 v3 .40S&W is one of my favorite EDC weapons. I trust my life with it, so yes, it's viable to me.
Nice, SUB and search "DanTheWolfman HK" and "DanTheWolfman DA SA" have fun
You can use the Vp40/Vp9 magazines in the p2000 as well to increase capacity
Indeed and rumor has it 9mm works just fine In 40 mags for more capacity Sub and search DanTheWolfman HK & DanTheWolfman DA/SA
I have 2 9mm dao, dunno what option it is. V?. Love em both. I have a lot of hk pistols, like the p2000 the most
It seems the best for Concealed Carry though I wouldn't mind trying a p30sk lem but they stay pricey. Bigger one on my hip now
HK Re Release 2025 with TEXTURE, Memory, OR, Light LEM....DO IT @ActiveSelfProtection @HecklerandKoch @Heckler&Koch
Yt stop deleting my own posts especially on my own thread this is ridiculous
Is p2000 forgotten about?

@@DanTheWolfman yeah I currently switch between carrying the p2000 or hk45c
