David and Angelo’s collaboration was one of the best there ever was. Lynch’s world wouldn’t be the same without the powerful sound of Angelo Badalamenti. I’m so thankful for his amazing art, and I’m so sorry for the loss of your friend.
This is exactly how I feel about their collaboration. No other team could have created what they did together.

Nowadays people is so affraid to perceive the world through intuition. But they are missing a great experience in life.
So sorry about your -and our- loss, David. Angelo was an immense composer and he will be missed by all: friends, collaborators, melophiles and the Muses themselves, who are mourning him too and like you choosing silence to honor him today.

I cannot count the number of times I have been completely absorbed in Angelo's music, how much it helped me, overwhelmed me in the best possible way. I am absolutely gutted after hearing of his passing, and I cannot even begin to imagine what you are going through right now, I am so sorry for your loss.

His music was so perfectly suited to Lynch's work. I looked forward to hearing his music just as much as seeing the film. Floating Into the Night got me through difficult times. Having picked up the Fire Walk With Me soundtrack a week before the movie came out it remains one of my favorite most electrifying listening experiences. He was incredible.
Same here, twin peaks would be an entirely different show without Angelo. That FEELING, that intuition David so often talks about comes across in Angelo’s music. He will be sorely missed

Thinking of you today sir. I listened to some of Mr. Badalamenti's songs yesterday, and he was on my mind today. The song accident/farewell theme in particular struck a chord. Rest in peace to the wonderful and unforgetable Angelo Badalamenti. May his music live on in our hearts forever.

Just found out about Angelo and Al both today (2/25/23)from an alert... talk about a one two punch to the heart and soul. Their spirits will always live on in Twin Peaks among the trees. Rest in peace. They brought much love and happiness to us all... 'The whole damn town', as Andy would say.

I always watch the Weather Report the moment it releases, so when I hear David say that there’s no music today I’m baffled as to why but I don’t really mind. Fast forward a few hours and I find out Angelo Badalamenti passed away. Rewatching the video I hear David choking up, and I totally get it now. Truly a sad day for all of us fans here, may Angelo rest in piece.
