Is it common that they don't have reservation and site information when you call for one? We made a reservation and left payment information, but they said they didn't have the availability to email any info. I'm a little worried.
We didn't get our site assignment until we checked in. Also, just checked my email and no confirmation. It's family run, so doesn't surprise me?
