The kheybar missile warheah can separate to multi smaller warheads which can be guided and also can boost its speed using its own engine

There is difference between a 2 Star General and Just a Major. A mojor commands just 110 soldiers and a Major-General Commands one Division of 33,000 soldiers with almost 180 Majors under him
