Lack of capital is the main problem for Black people all over the world. No matter where. No country has ever risen without a banking cartel that they own themselves. The only reason we can’t extract our own minerals is because we cannot raise the capital ourselves. The only reason we can’t open businesses to compete with others is because our retail banking, commercial banking has not reached the common man with a dream.
The other issues is we need to have an open society where you can share your ideas without threat of violence. Countries that succeed the most have constitutions they follow and laws that are equal for all from social laws to economic laws. Democracy and rule of law are the best conditions for prosperity.

I am a Tanzanian living in Dar es Salaam. We Tanzanians are not racist we are people from all backgrounds including African Arabs, Indians, Persian etc. Remember Asians & arabs started to arrive in Dar from the 12th Century some decided to settle here so we are all Tanzanians.
