- It's all about the Viper Rum. Belize may not have a myriad of drinking options or a rich drinking culture, but they do have Cashew Wine and Viper Rum. While they may seem entirely different, the two things that they thing that they have in common is that they are from Belize, and they're both difficult to drink! Ya' better Belize it!

San Pedro. 2014. Great time. Did you snorkel? The reef there is the 2nd largest barrier reef after Australia. Zipline in the jungle with the howler monkeys, out past the cashew farms. Tubing through a cave with an underground river. Great organic chocolate. Best fish tacos made with red snapper.

I’m thinking about moving to Roatan, Honduras for retirement. Would have loved if you had an episode on that small island. Miss this show. Watched it while I was in Korea to start the day/weekend off right. I’m think I enjoy these pop-ups even more. I appreciate you sharing.
I lived in Belize for five years. I miss having a Belikin on a hot day. I miss the local tacos, salbutes, and tostadas to go with my Belikin. I miss their hot sauce- Marie Sharps- but I can at least get that one shipped to me. What I miss most is having all those things with my friends.
