So basically for this ending you have to keep the Black Codex in order to become the "Shadow Broker" of the Star Wars universe. Of all the different endings, I like this one the best! I think it gives you the most notoriety. You have all the secrets of the galaxy, but answer to no one.
I blow the codex up. Didn’t like the minister after he authorized the brainwashing and basically took my choices away so some SIS guy can abuse the living daylights out of me. Killed him. Killed Hunter. Any regrets? None.
I kinda feel sorry for the Minister. He wanted to do well for his country but had to fight uphill at all times and carefully navigate around the petty squabbles and power plays of the Sith Lords. He was an ideal leader too, willing to fall on the sword for his people instead of let them all twist with him. I wish there had been an option to help him more after this point. Shara/Keeper too.

Knowing how bioware wrote the story from Mass Effect. I love how they practically make the agent into the shadow broker in Star Wars.
I like this ending the most but I’ve been playing dark side so far. I feel like I have to go darkside but I really like the minister
