- How do you know whether your organisation is really agile? Are you just using gut feeling? Is it because you are doing the agile practices? What metrics do you use as an indicator? Is it an empirical actionable metrics?

Agility has become the norm in 21st century. Organisations are investing a lot of money for agility to gain competitiveness in the market. But how do you really know whether your organisation have the agility? What measurements do you use? Is it arbitrary or actionable measurements?

Hey Joshua. Thanks! Very informative video as always! Just curious how do you measure Context Switching? This is something which impacts my team as well. Though still trying to figure out how to make this visible.
Some tools have embedded tracker. For example, Jetbrains IntelliJ have a tracker that measures how long does each team member spend on each project. Just becareful not to use it as micromanagement tool though.

I understand the EBM would be used only to measure Agile teams and teams of agile teams. Any other ideas how to measure Agile from a Change perspective and portfolio level?
