Thank you for the comparison. I noticed the Green Witch’s Oracle also has the astrological symbols hidden in the artwork. You can see it when you compare Bay and Oak. Both are Leo. Also noticed that some of the imagery is very similar. Look at Marigold (dreamcatcher design) vs Seed (same design but with the star anise in middle). Completely agree that these can be used together in a reading. Loved seeing them side by side!
I only own the Green Witch Oracle by Cheralyn Darcey and also have several of her other oracle decks, and I really like this deck, as it reminds me of my parents' backyard vegetable garden. But would adapt the spells to what I can do to carry out the meaning and essence, as I don't live near a cliff nor even a tall building, for example. I do like the 'bigger picture' of the cards in Green Witch's Oracle Deck, such as winter, instead of just a winter flower, etc. The art work is beautiful and inspiring in both decks. And I don't feel I have to choice which is better or which deck I prefer, but just going to be non-judgemental and appreciate both nature/garden decks. Thank you for sharing both decks.
I'm the same way. The Green Witch reminds me of my mom's garden. The Green Witch's has a beautiful vibe that also feels strangely nostalgic. Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching! I'm keeping both, even tho the guide book for Witch's is really difficult. Thinking of adding a number system.
I thought I would like the Green Witches oracle better but the book turned me off. Both beautiful artwork. I need to think about this one. Thanks for sharing as these have been turning up in my choices for new decks.
I was so disappointed in the book! I might actually number the cars and the book so I can more easily cross reference. That just must have been a printing error. I can't imagine a big publisher like that would leave it that way on purpose Thank you for watching!!!
@@nataliatrevino7289 awesome and welcome! :) Another really good choice is the Druid Plant Oracle. It's a no fail oracle deck and not expensive. Available on Amazon and also used :) Thank you for watching!🌹🌹🌹
I bought and *love* the Simon and Schuster deck. I got a black Sharpie and put the page number on the bottom center of the cards myself, as so many other decks have it set up. It could be written on center top as well. Do this *BEFORE* you shuffle the deck for ease.
Thought I knew what I was doing but then I see this video and realize there are two VERY similar decks of basically the same name and now I’m super confused! 😭😂 the guidebook is definitely an issue for The Green Witch’s Oracle for sure, though 😗👎🏼
I returned Green Witch's oracle because of the book. I refuse to spend time searching for card meanings when the publisher can't number the cards or put them in alphabetical order in the book.
I like the deck on the right not Rockpool , I bought this deck few days ago, not received it yet , but looking forward to it after this review ❤️ thank u for your honest review 👌❤️
I have and use both along with The Herbcrafter's Tarot. Beautiful decks. I enjoyed your side by side.
What a great Pairing! Thank you for watching :)

I like both decks and will get them to see how they feel. I love the use of oracle decks more so than ever the traditional tarot.
@@kaisenji I have really grown to love both as well. They are great readers. I hope you enjoy them!! Thank you so much for watching 🌹
I like them both! I'm a beginner and I'm trying to learn more about plants and herbs so I guess I'll go for the Green Witch one first :)

Gosh these are both so beautiful ❤
@@RoseTarotRealm they really are. Thanks for watching!! 🌹
For me, definitely prefer the Green Witch’s Oracle by Hisock and Richard over the Darcey one. Thanks for the comparison!

I love the fabric/mat you're using! Thank you for the comparison. I have the deck on your right, considering the one on your left.
Thank you! My mom quilted this for me :) I hope this video helped clarify your consideration for the deck. 🌹 And thanks for watching!

6:27 you didn’t notice it but there’s a Leo ♌️ symbol in both these cards 😂 synchronicity
@@Jen-e-sis cool!!
Got rid of my green witch. I just think I had to many decks to appreciate
I totally understand this feeling. Thank you for watching!
