Way to stick with it in the dry conditions! Persistence pays off. You pulled out some more good ones! Looks like some good rain is happening now for you. Hope you still have some fields to look. Good luck!
What is the very spherical rock at the bottom at 8:27 at the small dovetail? It looks like a hammerstone or something, but man made whatever it is! I would be very happy with the points and tools that you found in that dry field! Lightning-struck tree? The point is definitely flint ridge material! Nice point - big sandy? I believe that the large point is made of jasper or brownish flint.
@@Rocks123 Many of us do not get the opportunity to collect as you! I have been interested in relics since about 1950, I'm getting up there in age and do not have locations to search. So, I am interested in all types of relics, even the mundane to the advanced collectors. But thanks for letting me know that I was right about the hammer stone!
We've been a bit lean on rain up here in Ontario too. Very isolated thunderstorms. I found my first hardstone artifact yesterday, a slate adze with an almost perfect bevelled edge. Keep rockin' man.
That's awesome!! I would love to see it ,do you film your finds ..Thank you for watching and commenting on my channel good luck and as always keep on rockin Jeff Ricketts jtr arrowhead man.com

Hmmm a talking tree. I think maybe we both been out on the sun to long ha lol. That first point you found looks like a San Patrice or big sandy cache river type we find here in s Mississippi. Know if there in your area or not?
All very nice finds! That is one sweet tree.keep well.

Good deal Jeff. The days of field hunting for the spring are numbered.

Creeks are tough hunting where I’m at also. And what ya do find in the creeks around here are usually broken unless there smaller points.
A hearty hunt my friend, good pieces. I really liked the big tip.
UR right that is amazing, keep on rocken my brother!
Great finds bud!!! If you’re unable to get in the fields, I wish you ATB in the creeks or wherever you’re hunting!!! 👍
As always ...nice finds. Thanks for sharing. I don't understand why someone would down vote vids like this. Haven't they got anything better to do?
