@Ivan Dalmatinac most modern lethal punishments don't involve much pain. even the electric chair isn't really that bad. I don't have any issue with going for more medieval punishments though. the Bronze Bull was a pretty good one. also public stoning.
he'll just be killed in prison though. the only way to stop that is if you give him his own secure room, under constant supervision. that's expensive if you are waiting for him to die. could take decades.
Save money. Death penalty now. Bring back capital punishment.
