Touching?? No.. I'd call it tragic. The song tells how alcohol kills the pain. But the video is so great because the acting shows it so well.. and gives the hope at the end that in death the pain is over but the love remains. Rick Schroeder is one of my favorite talents.
Almost every reaction to this video has very little sympathy for the woman, and rightly so arguably as she is the one who caused all of this. But personally, the human in me sees both deaths as tragic and just because the woman caused it all ultimately, doesn’t mean her death is any less emotional to deal with.
