Ingredients:
1 medium onion
1 small carrot
any type of smoked sausage or meat
4 cups of water
1 tbs chicken base of 1 chicken bouillon cube
4 small to medium sized potatos
3 tbs ajvar or pepper spread
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley is optional
