That location data piece is what I do and love! Great idea. I have customized (and private) location analytics capabilities and I can tell you it MATTERS!

Tim you should check out the new book "white hats, leaves, and pterodactyls" by Rick Osborn. He was a master trout angler from Missouri. He kept extensive journals from the 70s until he passed away. Lots of good insight and funny
Brown trout fishing is prohibited here from 1.9-31.11 in rivers. So it's stocked bows or pike etc. Usually it's also prohibited to wade from 1.9 until spring, about 1.6.
One thing this fall so far I've been having great success with is Hareline calibeatis uv ice dub for thoraxes on PT's and other nymphs , something about that color of dubbing when wet it almost glows
Yes, in this time of the year they are getting aggressive. My God Tim, your way of presentation makes me aggressive too. You know what, it was not in today's plan, but now I grab my rod's and go out. I just have to catch something. Tight lines 🎣 from the Čech Republic 🇨🇿.
Thanks for the comments and questions, Michelle, this was filmed in Pennsylvania. The tips are applicable for trout around the country, especially once the water has cooled from summer. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
The only tip for fall is where you find 1 stocked trout, you found all the stocked trout and thats because they all congregate in the like same low gradient consistent depth stretches they lived in during their miserable lives at the hatchery. Also- great time for fishing streamers under an indicator or indicators with nymphs. far more effective than euro and less of a hassle to do the ability to extend drifts. less casting = less leaves caught
I’m definitely new to fly fishing and really want to learn more on Euro Nymphing. This video is really great and packs a lot of information in it. Keep up the great work. I would love to see some great diagrams on setting euro nymph rigs up. Do you like to tie on the bend of a hook or on to the line the holds your first fly?
Question about streamers….. should they be of the loud and gaudy type, or the ones that really imitate baitfish? I was going to throw some small game changers but I don’t think those push a lot of water.
There are different strategies to catching fish during different seasons, but the best way to learn how to catch fish is to spend time on the water figuring out what works and what doesn't.
@@TimCammisa So generally where I live i use a lot of wet patterns wooly buggers and streamers, but nothings better than an elk hair caddis with a prince nymph underneath.

Always good information
Informative vid. Encouraging, but I find fall fishing is one the more frustrating periods simply because of all the snaggy leaf clutter in the water.
Wow! You packed a ton of great stuff into 12 minutes. Thank you!
