He only gets it right after the fact. Texas Road house went up = he calls it great. Bucks goes down = he calls it bad. Fundamentals have been the same for Texas Roadhouse for years why didn't he bring it up before?
Something that people don't take about TXRH is their giving back. For example, they have multiple days a year where veterans eat free and if you are a regular they give you offers. I know these are good ways to incentivize increased spending, but not in a way that bothers me.

You forgot to mention the goodwill impairment charges and guidance indicating a weak Q3. You also left out the talk of increasing licensing to other platforms. When Disney or Hulu reports subscribers, is that paying subscribers? I get Disney and Hulu from other services as add ins. That's maybe why they are getting less money from those services but I'm not exactly sure how those numbers are reported.
Part of me thinks Iger and the board want the price to drop to do share buybacks at a huge discount, but even that isn't enough of a reason to self destruct the brand. Only other logical reason might be the esg score means that they qualify for more loophole money, which might far outweigh stock investing.

Disney is a terrible investment they are going in the direction. I canceled my subscription everything they have made in the last few years is awful.
