- Hey everyone and welcome to grow booty challenge part 2!
Do this workout on a Wednesday on your first week. I will be uploading 2 more videos that you will be doing on your 2nd week.
You will be needing 1 dumbbell and a booty band in this workout. You may use a light or a heavy band. I used both resistance levels in all of these 4 workout videos.

1st Week:
Part 1 - Monday and Friday
Part 2 - Wednesday
2nd Week:
Part 3 - Monday and Friday
Part 4 - Wednesday
