- What’s up UA-cam! Welcome to GROW BOOTY challenge Part 3! Do this workout on a Monday and a Friday on your 2nd week. You will still be needing a booty band and a dumbbell for this workout. You can use a light or a heavy band or both. Hope you enjoy this challenge and I will keep on doing more workout variations and challenges in the future.
