+Andrew Kowalchuk Technically, you are correct. Parkour is often used as a blanket term of any form of "cinematic movement." While what they are doing in this video isn't actually parkour, they are certainly a parkour team - they just videotape themselves having fun!
+AssasinDG Learn it how I did. Have a friend jumping on the tramp with you infront of you facing eachother and jump at the same time. Then get him to kick you in the chest while your hands are in the air.

What camera did you use? go pro?or is it a canon with a wide angle lense? It's so cool and did you use like a balance stick or something that you can buy that the camera is not shaking while your running?

Me and mt friends play National Trampoline Dodgeball. We practice with city and woods parkour. Keep trying. It's really fun.
