As much as I dislike my indoor/outdoor rug, with having 2 dogs, and grandchildren that I watch, it is actually a Godsend. Plus, I didn’t say anything on your video about pushing the sofas but that was music to my ears! Also, I replaced my ottoman with a coffee table and I love it!! You are not only a great designer but take everyone’s needs in mind! ❤❤

    Good Morning Garrett,
Thank you for the wonderful vlog. The sequence/flow of the vlog was so good to follow.
Quiet an interesting idea to have TV on wheels🙃
As I mention every time you always provide flexible design ideas, nothing written on the stone. The idea of having TV in the living room, the distance of the coffee table from the couch, all these makes for comforting ideas to the ones who struggles with lack of space.
One feels good when any education/suggestion is bit open ended like yours:)
Arden please get a cuddle from my end😍
You have a beautiful week and will see you soon♥️🤗

Just pointing out the lamp behind Garrett is in his Amazon store and is fantastic! I have one and with its ability to tilt and move it makes it count as at least two sources of light. 😅

That’s why I try to help everyone. I can help the most wealthy in the world to people living paycheck to paycheck find ways to make their homes a more comfortable and elevated space. I just try to meet people where they are in life and assist with their decorating at that point.

Garrett, this is a great video. Yes to the zip ties! Instead of a sofa and coffee table, we choose to have only side chairs with armrests. Each chair also has a side table. We found this arrangement easy to reconfigure and more inviting for people with limited mobility. My personal wish: chairs that include a place to attach a cane that can be easily reached by a seated person.

Love your practical tips for beautifying our spaces. ♥️ I agree especially with lightning being a game changer. It morphs the whole feeling of a room. Also I discovered plug-in, remote control dimmers this year, so I didn't have to bring in an electrician to deal with that. I love being able to regulate my lighting throughout the day and evening! Thanks for your videos Garrett! 😊

I think I may be good with the height of my coffee table and my sofa, but tv placement is a C-. I absolutely adore all of this information because it's a good check up on what I am doing. ❤

Another great video….. good tips….. my TV is on a stand so on the wall is out ( I rarely watch TV) it is tucked in the corner on a now display case (entertainment items are now obsolete) it is 32” so smaller and not as noticeable… Funny I do have an iron easel in my garage…. What are the chances of that….???? lol that is a great idea… as always great to see the babe…. Thanks for sharing ❤

I follow alot of your advice Garrett. Rugs are a prority for me because i have a boho home. I had a sissal rug which looked very nice but my cats ruined it. I now havea shaggy linen color over sized rug. My cats seem to leave it alone. Love from Australia gorgeous Garrett.

Just bought a sofa. It might not be here until the week before Christmas. They tricked me and said it was going to be five weeks! Also, they talked me into a sofa fabric I’m having second thoughts about. Now, I have to wait so super long to overcome them. Sofas are so expensive. OMG! 😢

I do plan on doing a consultation, but it’ll probably be after the first of the year. You don’t mind if the house is small and not fancy? My house is only 690 ft.². And I’m working on a small budget but if that’s OK then I’ll plan on doing that after the first of the year.

Thanks for sharing! I work with everyone and from places all over the world. I don’t mind if someone has a tiny studio apartment or a mansion. The size of the home does not affect my decision to consult with someone. I work with people to help achieve what makes sense for them, and makes them happy in their space. I look forward to a virtual consultation with you! Remember, the times you see available are already set to your time zone. 😊😊😊

Per Garrett's advice, we bought a sofa with a very durable fabric. But even so, we still drape it with a quilt to save it from our poodle's paw prints. Do we really need to do this? Does everyone else with pets do this? Am I obsessive?
