Is there a use for this water hyacinth, was it grown as a crop. If no use then it isn't being harvested it is being removed.
This is an amazing compost raw material. ;-)
removed, it is an invasive species, but.. you can shred it on land to use for fertiliser or turn it into charcoal.

its mistake, you should shred them as you suck them into your machine, better to spray them with chemicals to kill them.
