Gris Charnel Extrait is one of the greatest fragrances ever created, period. If I only have to use only two fragrances for the rest of my life, I'd only buy Bois Du Portugal and Gris Charnel Extrait, and be done with it. The amusing thing is, I didn't love cardamom as a fragrance note that much, and I kinda hated Iris as a fragrance note (blame it on Le Male Le Parfum's burnt tire smell) - I even didn't like the Gris Charnel EDP. But the extrait was love at first sniff. A masterpiece, and on the very top of my list, right beside Creed's BDP, the king of all kings.
I’m not an iris fan and I don’t think it dominates this fragrance at all. I get that beautiful cardamom opening. I do get a bit of iris, tea and fig through the mid and some creaminess from the sandalwood and sweetness from the vanilla in the dry down. It’s a winner for sure. Pulls a lot of compliments.
I have the original I like this another as well this good at night while the og is daytime to me I will be getting this soon every bdk I tried I likes this my second favorite house nobody beats amouge to me lol .
I'm thoroughly convinced all of you were either paid, or paid with this fragrance for these severely hyped reviews. Gris Charnel is nothing you mentioned in the "Occasions" portion of your Video. This is a Casual fragrance at best. Performance is on par with Tom Ford's Oud Wood.
His pronunciation is pretty accurate. So what are you on about? Il faut parler français pour pouvoir apprécier et parler d' un parfum ? On a vraiment parfois affaire à des attardés.

@Fragrance Hunter more figue and green and airy in the original reminds me of a cold rainy day but relaxing in a good way if that makes any sense.
