I just printed out some of the new terrain pieces from Full Spectrum Dominance wave 2. I'm always astounded at the amount of tiny detail in the Lazy Forger's sculpts. They are simply breathtaking, and they all come fully pre-supported so everything prints perfectly out of the gate.
I had to make a model of a California mission in school so for adobe buildings I heavily recommend a layer of white paper towels. It adds a lot of texture, goes on easy, and looks decently realistic. It was good enough to get me an A so it should be good enough for wargaming!
Bugs?! An actual biological faction would be amazing! Especially with the level of detail Lazy Forger can do with 6mm. Really excited to see what future FSD has in store!
An aspect of the Great War often missed is the naval aspect beyond Jutland. You had cruiser raiders, battles in the far east, Falklands, around Chile - lots of stuff. As said, it's more than Verdun.
im old enough ( some might say "vintage" ) to know epic 40k, but no one in my gaming group ever owned or played it, so i never actually picked a copy up. but goodness me, legionis imperialis is gorgeous !
Great show as always! Absolutely oozing for The Great War sets from Battle Front. Completely missed out on this a few years ago so this is a must buy. Along with Darth Vader… very nice sculpt even with the high wind tunnel he’s in!
I'm torn between Legio Imperialis and Mantic's new Epic Warpath. Especially since I still have tons of old Epic 40K yet to build and paint for Epic Armageddon.
Legio Imperialis looks so good but I'm constantly dismayed at GW's never ending price creep. I'll definitely be taking a good look at Mantic's warpath when the KS launches. In the meantime, I've started my epic scale journey with the FSD wave 2 set.
Those full spectrum dominance sculpts are AMAZING! Oh God the new epic 40K stuff is taking me back to old school epic stuff which I loved, MUST NOT BUY MUST STAY STRONG No Eldar titans or Ork Garagants though? Meh
Fantasy insults. The Halfling is twice the man you are. You must be a dwarven philanthropist. Your mother was a bearded elf. You got your honor from orcs. You fight like a starving Halfling. You must be a great orc philosopher. You're such a bastard that dwarven miners are still digging to find the depths you went to. If arrogance was parentage, you would be an high elf. Anyone got any more?
Make like an Ent and burn. You're an archer to rival any fairy. Your word is as true as your aim. You've half the wit of a troll, and a quarter of the looks. The grace of an elf, the courage of a dwarf, the strength of an orc. Fortunately, to contrast them we just need you.
The detail on the Full Spectrum Dominance minis is phenomenal. 3D printing has certainly come a long way.
I like the look of Full Spectrum Dominance. I have to get a resin printer.

Not much sculpted so far but we do have some nice concepts already! :D Stay tuned and... let's deal with the current wave first ;)
Can never have too much Kev Adams! Dungeonalia sounds like a great excuse to get the kids crafting.

Full Spectrum Dominance, Warpath, Legions Imperialis.... mini-mini wargaming ia looking up.
You guys help my Friday afternoons move right along!
Lovely show, guys. :)
Very taken with that Shatterpoint set, though it did remind me of Naked Gun: "I'm Lieutenant TK-289, Stormtrooper Sergeant".
Full Spectrum Dominance looks absolutely amazing
Cheers!
Nice to see the Great War range back and the Kev Adams Gobbos
Heresy me up baby. Loving all the epic stuff. Looking forward to Mantic Kickstarter
Kev Adams is truely a living legend!
Box of models to build and this lot on the TV. Good evening well spent
Amazing show! Really enjoyed this weeks guest.
Another great show! Looking forward to seeing all the dungeon madness to come!
cant wait, I missed their first one I dont know how I was signed up but I backed this and got the older stuff as well. The detail is nuts!!
Yay! Welcome aboard!
@@thelazyforger Thanks will print and try to paint some soon :-) do you have a place to get feedback from or even ideas? Just curious
Loved the Indie this week, the lasercut terrain was very inspiring

Appreciate myself in the background
6mm is gods own scale.
And GW's 8mm is heresy! :D
Jokes aside, it's just the good old scale creep doing its thing.
Nothing quite like waking up and having a nice relaxing hobby update.
Jerry didnt recognize the Gizmonic Institute from Mystery Science Theatre.
Full Spectrum Dominance looks way better than the GW stuff. My hobby and gaming has been revived by moving away from strictly GW.
Thank you! Glad to hear you got out of the GW slump!
I can smell the laser-cut MDF!
No mention of All Out War coming back? (Did DSO arrive?)
Im pretty sure I have some of the models those orc pirates are based on. They're fun sculpts

Great thing to listen to while doing hobby stuff.
