    This generation of Astros have had several dramatic walk offs, but this one is amazing for several reasons. It was against a hot team and cooled them off for now, it was from behind with 2 outs, and it was completely obliterated with perfect contact. I can’t stop watching it.

      It’s was smashed with perfect contact because it was a home run derby pitch 93 mph over the middle of the plate. Trust me is Seattle fans knew the game was already over when he came in. Horrible coaching move after a solid season

      This one hits different because it was the first time where the Astros were losing and we all knew losing game1 with Castillo pitching game 2 could lead to us having to bow out early. This monster blast just changed everything

      I still remember the one he hit down the line a couple of year’s back. I had never seen one hit that far by a leftie. The farthest one I’ve ever seen hit was by Eric Davis of the red’s. You can look that one up. It was in the dome. It’s really hard to gauge homerun’s at minute maid down the line’s, but that one he hit down the line, and the Eric Davis homer’s standout. People probably don’t even remember Eric Davis, but I bet that homerun is on UA-cam.

      Yeah I’m a lifelong Red Sox fan and I gotta tip the hat to Houston. The player development and the fact you’ve been able to keep most of the core together while adding awesome new guys like Yordan is incredible. After the amount the franchise struggled, it’s amazing to see it now.

    As a Mariners fan it’s hard to not appreciate this homerun
    The whole situation is why I love baseball. We were doing everything right in this game. Then y’all get two on with two outs and the best batter of the night stepped up in a big moment.
    We ain’t going down without kicking and screaming though, if you think this will destroy the teams confidence, you got another thing coming.

      They can even better next year, now that they know where have needs. All of the starters other than Verlander who just needs to re-up is signed for next year. Core is still young and getting new talent with Brown.
