I’d without a doubt pay for an album that’s just a single, two hour long track of you messing around with dreamy guitar loops. Everything you played in this video sounds perfect for work/study music.
quinn Thanks Quinn! An album is in the works!
@@DougHanson 😭😭😭 hurry up with it
CAN YOU PLEASE RELEASE HOW TO MAKE ONE!!!!
Is there anyway you could share a schematic or parts list?! This is incredible. Very smart design.

great pedal! could you post the schematics and parts list? please so we can do it ourselves
knobs would be jealous
This is the most incredible thing I've ever seen! Now, where do we place our orders? ;)
@Club Soda you sell this delay?
I can't even wrap my head around that many knobs and switches then when you throw in the ottobit and the h.o.g. it's like you're a magician.
The Boss LFHHR-BTRST 1, the lofi hip hop radio - beats to relax/study to machine
It's beautiful, I need the schematics.
If you made this device, you are truly gifted. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Wrok On! Please sell this product to us and bless others with your talent. We will buy lots of them from you.
Bruh, I reckon I have been asking for years haha. Please release a schematic or something 😭 I need this in my life. I will pay you to build me one ❤️
It’s been 84 years
Your creativity is just beyond most of builders and players out there.
Wow, with headphones on, in stereo, your pedal is absolutely gorgeous!
ive been trying to breadboard something like this for a while , i still have a lot to learn, its frustrating at best trying to teach myself electronics but i listen to your demo and it gives me inspiration to keep on working on my project . thank you for the demo .
Refreshing to see a diy pedal demo with awesome playing to compliment the features!
Wow, Radiohead or the edge from U2 would definitely appreciate this video. I’d prefer this over the Strymon Timeline. Amazing sounds!
You sure know how to play guitar with that pedal. I think that is about the best delay pedal I have ever heard, including the super expensive Eventide delay.
Hats off to the designer of this amazing piece. I hope you make a fortune!
This is the answer for stacking delays. Incredible.
Awesome work,and very relaxing vibe
i think is a echo base squematic with some basic mods and repeated 4 times, a really ambitious project and an excellent work
Jesus dude, this is beautiful. I love this so much, i need one in my life right now.
I’m assuming this was don’t with multiple pre made pcb the forums led me to a site that is temporarily closed that has the supposed pcb. Even then you have to be strategic on how to set these up in the enclosure so just having the pcb is not enough. You have to know what the fuck your doing to have a well thought out lay out for the switching and etc. it would mean having a good bread board and maybe diy or some bread buddies from mad bean to figure it out. I think the best any of us can do until there is a patent and this is up for sale is set up to experiment and come up with our own design. It can be done. The man obviously knew what he wanted. And wanted it bad enough to handle it. Nice job.
Parts list? Schematic?
I feel like this belongs in the lo-fi music section with just an added drum loop and bass... maybe a little synth here and there.
I love the song at 1:16, I keep coming back here just to listen to it.
This little riff (and the one after it) set me on a quest to make my own sequence of weirdly connected rebotes. Thank you!
I love the way it sounds so tape delay unit.
Sound's incredible. Your brother seems to be a genius.
Yesssss!!! So cool men...congrats!!!
Nice work, would love to see a schematic or circuit board file! Awesome sounds
Beautiful music, awesome pedal 👍
Just make sample packs and sell them, jeesh...this is some awesome stuff. Great melodies and effects.
good heavens thats a masterpiece
That thing is indeed an amazing piece of engineering, but the playing tho
THE LO-FI HIP HOP ECHO MACHINE
My heart is bursting. This is awesome. You and your brother are killing it and make an excellent team! We need an album and an order form!!!
Enki Ea Thanks for your comment! Hopefully both will be here soon! :)
I like how the delay is designed to enhance your playing style.
the degradation of the signal through every repetition makes it a great delay, if your looking for a warm, dreamy analog retro sound. So your brother built it? Amazing. And amazing the bits you played.
Boy I'd love to see a schematic for this. Using a handful of PT2399s? It's a very interesting delay.
Would be great for electronic music, with synths and stuff.
And especially for reggae dub...
Its looks and sound fantastic! Awesome work! Sound like some Fv1 chips with cool eprom algorithms working with some crystals and fv1 clocks.
wow this thing is epic and your demo is just perfect!
Fantastic!!! Awesome!!
Fantastic!! Congratulations
this is really a wonderful pedal. you should pitch it to electro hamonix or strymon. the effect loop options are fabulous. i hope you can find a way to produce this.
Brooooooooooooo omfg. The jealousy can’t be communicated lol so awesome
nice sounds , this looks like a fun project.
killer monster !!! i would buy one
I would play this forever! Wonderful music and pedal!
looks like it's a 5 pedals in one:
4 delayverb pedals and a control one with octave/speedup function
This video took me down the rabbit hole of unique pedals about six months ago. Every few days I come back and watch the entire thing. I haven't seen a single pedal comparable to this.
Is there any chance whatsoever that your brother would post a schematic or take an order for one?
He doesn't seem to respond to comments looking for schematics or design inquiries. He only replies to "OMG YOUR MUSIC IS AMAZING LET ME BUY YOUR ALBUM!" so I think we are out of luck bud. Unless you can track him down outside of UA-cam 🤷
@@TheStrangesHubbs yeah I really want to build me one of these...
@@TheStrangesHubbs Maybe he is fed-up of people who want to be able to build one of this for free and profit from his brother's genius. This isn't another DIY pedal, this is a completely unique design never seen before. It should be released by JHS or Strymon. I just find it super rude to ask for something like this for free, as if we had the right to it. That's not the case. He decided not to share the schematics for obvious reasons : *this would be immediately replicated by various companies*. I think people don't realize how unique this thing is. I think if you invented something like this and not only a "nice delay pedal", well I doubt you would want to release the schematics for free... He and his brother doesn't owe any of you guys, a single thing. I'm fed up of artists taking other artists/engineers work for granted and then complaining that no one is paying in this industry tbh.
@@jas_bataille People are willing to pay for this though, whether it's a build or schematics. Ultimately they just want one of these by whatever means necessary.
This is stunnigly impressive!!!! Gorgeous, hat off!!
very interesting! also nice music/playing and congrats for the huge work building it! 👌🏼
Do you have to wear a lead vest around that thing?
Seriously though it sounds great. The amount of knobs and switches alone makes me want one.
This is so absurd in the best way and I love everything about it! Sounds incredible!
A tsunami of effects pedal. Dont let Satriani hear this.
Can you offer direction as to how this was built? Is it based off plans somewhere? Does your brother have a channel? I would -love- to do a build of this, myself. *This is greatness.
This is like Tony Stark level diy. This should absolutely be brought to retail
The melodies and loops are amazing. What a brilliant pedal creation!
Mind melted.
I want this machine to be a part of my life.
Damn! And I was thinking that Zen Delay was the best one..
holy shit!
Crazy dude👏🏻👏🏻
This is absolutely gorgeous
spaceship damn
Stereo would be awesome
You could make some money on this bro. Awesome delay pedal. The only thing I'd say it's missing is a way to tap the tempo into the (Bucket Brigade?) chips.
The best delay i've ever seen... Can you share the concept or how to built this one..
This is ridiculous, I want one! lol well done, super cool
Stupendous. Any schematics laying around your brothers place?
Apparently not
@@samueljett7807 ikr
Very cool!
unreal!
Very Boards of Canada :)
Awesome.
1:18 ...heeeeey !!...
Love delays! This is sick!
Excellent
I need one
To achieve a similar effect, maybe buy 4 cheaper stereo delays and connect them in a serial way? It won’t be as cool as this thing though, but I’m no electrician ;) What do you think?
Gorgeous
Dear everyone more or less saying, ‘This is great - now gimme the schematics and parts list.’ Don’t you think it’s pretty rude and disrespectful to ask the inventor to just fork it all over to you? Maybe ask if units are for sale. Or if the schematic is for sale. Don’t be rude. This took a lot of work and his brother designed and built it himself.
Very clever delay pedal !
I'm wondering how he synchronized the intervals of the flashing LEDs with the delay time of the PT2399s
(there is no output pin at the PT2399 for LED)
Hm ....... ARE they synchronized? 🤔
genious die absolute tweeker delay
Fantastic! Like a 4x4 matrix mixer with 4 delays built-in instead of external?
wow
Really awesome!
Yessssss! This is the perfect delay pedal! I was looking for something what beats TC Electronic Flashback or Triple Delay and voilla - here it is. Does your brotha have any schematics of this pedal to have a look????
congrats! looks like a lot of soldering :) and it sounds fantastic!
David Heizmann Thank you!
@@DougHanson is there a schematic or something we can look at to make something similar? Thanks!
cool
@Doug Hanson please share a build guide and schematic layout have to have this in my life i currently use three delay in series but need this for the amazbolze tones
how much did this cost you to build?
edit: this pedal is amazing. wish i had one. great job.
edit edit, what is the longest delay you are able to achieve with this set up? you said if it's all four it's the sum. how much is each individual delay circuit?
I would gladly throw down $500USD for one of these. Are you even considering releasing these for sale in the future? I feel like I need one on my board now! :)
Lol You might want to offer more to get his attention.I imagine just sourcing the parts takes up the time you can make 500 bucks in
@@rokinrandy don't think the parts required for this pedal would be that difficult to source. sounds to me like its based on a bunch of PT2399s (I'd venture to say 8 in total, 2 for each delay line based on the delay time he's getting), which you can buy in bulk for like super cheap.
5:17 😭😍
Magnificent
So this is what heaven sounds like.. 😌
Does this take a 1000ma power supply? haha
Where can we review this demo's schematic?
Love it!
Would totally buy one of these if they were in production. Hell, I'd by a schematic. Please let me know if that's even an option.
I Want one it is awsome
