@@diezelle57 yes my friend I received it on Tuesday the 24th!.. I love it already but I can't get the blade to flick open fast like I seen you do it...i even loosened the screws and sprayed wD-40 on it and still nothing so I don't know what is going on with mine!
Why not using the Leatherman bit extender or ratchet driver to accommodate 1/4 bits? That would be the most elegant and versatile solution in my opinion.
Also note that the Leatherman bit driver is not as robust in torsion as the large flat screwdriver of the Arc or the cruciform screwdriver of the Free P4.
Il aurait était à 250 j'aurai réfléchi en payant 4 fois. C'est vrai il est beau, prise en une main, impression de solidité, la magnacut, le marteau qui manque sur la Surge. Je sais pas aiguisé la lame du surge (la courbure pfiou). Sinon ouai elle donne envie mais je me demande comment tu peux faire une fois que le revêtement diamant de la lime est usée ?. Bel objet 300 c'est beaucoup mais et avec un T shank j'aurai peut craquer en revendant ma Surge.
Leatherman c'est trop cher de toute façon. Sinon admettons que tu uses ta diamant bah t'as les pièces détachées ou le SAV Leatherman (25 ans). Concernant la difficulté à affûter ton Surge si c'est que du 420hc je vois pas le bail avec la courbure. Au pire achète un affûteur portable Victorinox (de base les lames de vics sont à 15°, Leatherman 16°) ça fera le taf et sinon t'as le Worksharp guided field c'est les 20° standards ça te re profilera légèrement la lame mais à 20° le tranchant sera plus durable.

Great video. Having P4 I find ARC as ripoff from Leatherman neveretheless its sold out in Europe - first batch. Now I want Swisstool MXBS - its half the price these days. Could be Victorinox is preparing something new as well?

@@diezelle57 yes my friend I received it on Tuesday the 24th!.. I love it already but I can't get the blade to flick open fast like I seen you do it...i even loosened the screws and sprayed wD-40 on it and still nothing so I don't know what is going on with mine!

Why not using the Leatherman bit extender or ratchet driver to accommodate 1/4 bits?
That would be the most elegant and versatile solution in my opinion.
The problem with the extender and the ratchet is the elongation which can be excessive in certain cases.
Also note that the Leatherman bit driver is not as robust in torsion as the large flat screwdriver of the Arc or the cruciform screwdriver of the Free P4.

Il aurait était à 250 j'aurai réfléchi en payant 4 fois.
C'est vrai il est beau, prise en une main, impression de solidité, la magnacut, le marteau qui manque sur la Surge.
Je sais pas aiguisé la lame du surge (la courbure pfiou).
Sinon ouai elle donne envie mais je me demande comment tu peux faire une fois que le revêtement diamant de la lime est usée ?.
Bel objet 300 c'est beaucoup mais et avec un T shank j'aurai peut craquer en revendant ma Surge.
Leatherman c'est trop cher de toute façon.
Sinon admettons que tu uses ta diamant bah t'as les pièces détachées ou le SAV Leatherman (25 ans).
Concernant la difficulté à affûter ton Surge si c'est que du 420hc je vois pas le bail avec la courbure. Au pire achète un affûteur portable Victorinox (de base les lames de vics sont à 15°, Leatherman 16°) ça fera le taf et sinon t'as le Worksharp guided field c'est les 20° standards ça te re profilera légèrement la lame mais à 20° le tranchant sera plus durable.
