Does anyone here know how to cancel the schedule feature.. I don't want to use it.. I can't seem to turn the schedules off

I hope someone from Honeywell takes note: I am disgusted with the complexity of my TH8000 and have removed it from the wall PERMANENTLY.
it does show how to change the day at 3:54 when it says advanced functions. First thing she explains is how to change date and year which of course sets what day it is. It was kinda confusing at first but after warchibg it about 5 times i got it. If you cant have your phone or laptop with you while you're setting it helps so you can rewind if you need to.
I accidentally pressed the schedule button and now I have to sell the house. Fuck this!!
She just went through the time and effort to explain how to save an alternate temperature for as many days as you would like then said press cancel if you would not like to save it...So what would I do if I did want to save it...??

I know this is old so maybe by chance someone would still see & answer. What happens if 0160 doesn’t show? Ours is jumping from 01something to 0520. It’s stuck on schedule which we’ve never had. Won’t cool down (set to 70 but 78 inside)
I’m suffering with this right now. 84° in my apartment and I can’t sleep.
I am not able to manually increase or decrease my temperature. I have always been able to do that as I wanted for the past year that we've lived here. What could be the problem?

dear lord baby Jesus i don't know if this'll fix my issue, and believe me when i say I'm as confused as you are as to how i got myself in this predicament. anyway, my temperature was changing every 15 minutes from 71 Heat, to 70 COOL!!! like how did i even do that? I couldn't change the schedule because surprise surprise! it wasn't even set for the right weekday.. so I reset the schedule settings and turned them off and now I pray it stays that way. my personal bedroom heater is much less irritating 😵💫
I noticed this uses 4 AA batteries. Will I be able to use this without a c wire since it has it's own power?
I just moved into a apartment with this horrible thermostat I cant even get my heat to come on its automatically set to Monday through Friday well its one Saturday everytime i set it to Saturday to turn it says saving changes but stays on the previous schedule what the actual fuck its freezing in Maryland and I can't just turn my heat on great!

Question! Why do the heat temp is always set lower than the cool temp? Is it because you want the heat to turn on at whatever temp you set it to? Can anyone confirm please! Thanks

Is there a lock program on the VisionPRO 8000? How can I disconnect it?
What if mine has no Hold button? It says Holiday instead. How do I get it to just hold one temperature?
Lol HOLD is meant for Holiday or vacation mode, use by changing the temperature arrows to your desire number, it will auto hold for a few hours, if you need longer for vacation, press the HOLD or HOLIDAY n it’ll display PERM HOLD.
To remove, simply press CANCEL OR SCHED
*warning using HOLD or HOLIDAY mode for extended period (longer then normal) can cause failure or damage your unit.
Lester, The unit simply pulls apart. It's very easy to do. The unit takes 3 AAA batteries.
Yes it pulls apart but simply, no. You grab it n push in the top center n bottom center.
Then you have to pretty much yank it off the wall. When I finally get it off, I'm surprised that part of the wall isn't attached to it.

It's at 4:26 you have to click on system then hold the blank center key until the display changes and shows you 2 numbers with up and down arrows next to each number. Use the arrows to make the first number display 0150 then use the arrows on the right to make the 2nd number show whatever day it is so 1-31 =^_^= Hope that helps =)

What controls the 2nd stage heating in a conventional system (no heat pump)? Time based? or temperature based?
Lucas McNea I'm not sure, but its a commercial roof mounted furnace. I think it said time based on the old Robertshaw thermostat, i want to set it to circulate on the thermostat.

How do you reset it to factory settings? It won't let me program a leave and return, only a wake and sleep...
