- Sorry for all my normal subscribers as this isn't a normal upload, but if not known im a massive Alien fan and i wanted to share something i've always wanted to edit as its Alien day coming up.
The intro to Alien 3 i wanted ver 2
The films abit of a wash out but has a small place in my heart due to the mood, especially the movie score and the creature design is by far in my opinion the best.

Great take on this intro. One tiny bit of this sequence always made me wonder. What is that thing at 2:20 supposed to be ? I never got it...
yeah im not sure if anyone did, i either thought it was a reaction to heat because of fire or it was blood flowing down fabric. Who knows, maybe someone on here will enlighten us.
I think it's the latter. It implies someone on the Sulaco having a Xenomorph bursting out of their chest.
@@Thief000 I did some research and according to the script its heat damage.... sure don't like it though.
Yeah, it doesn't really make sense.
It's believed to be blood seeping through white fabric from Hicks's chest wounds opening up due to a cryo-tube malfunction caused by the fire/Hicks being impaled and crushed by a support beam. At the end of Aliens Hicks is put into cryosleep wrapped in white bandages due to his injures from the acid blood. If you listen closely it sounds like bending metal.
