So amazing, what an experience for me, and I am not a photographer, but you can apply these principles to any vocation, any block, any catastrophe. Like I said, Amazing. Thank you Universe for letting me "accidentally" find this among ALL the video's on UA-cam

Negative fearful ppl will always consider obstacles. But ppl like king david didnt consider the opposition. Simply moved forward and actually ran towards his enemy.

I want to thank you for your raw honesty. I want to thank you for your tears. After watching just 2 of your videos, this one and the one on photographing all body types, both yesterday, I reached out to 2 prospective clients with a new voice. A voice that is not sheepish and shy a voice that knows that I am no different then any other photographer. A voice of a person who is worthy. I hope you keep putting out new content and thank you for addressing the REAL issues we all face. The self hating voice inside our head. Xoxoxoxoxo you have opened my eyes and I adore you. I feel empowered and that is priceless.

Stumbled over this while searching for better ways to photograph seniors for a film project I'm working on. It's my first and there's so much I don't know and, so what? Am labeling it "on-the-job training" and away I go.
However, as for personal dynamics as a founder of a "no hype" PR firm, Sue says what I've been saying for years....(minus the term "boundaries") except now, having grown tired of repeating myself, I having been saying the same in a more exasperated way.
    My bad. : )
My solution is to refer people to Sue's clip. So I appreciate Sue for saving me copious amounts of time. I shall write her a thank-you note, immediately

Great video, Sue! Thank you for sharing: trying to turn over a new leaf and take control of my life, as like with so many others, I have been struggling with these issues for years. Hi all - quick question: when Sue mentions that to move forward past a block she "addresses the insecurity", how exactly is this done? Thanks in advance.

I'm captivated by your motivational seminar and sharing it publicaly. Thanks SO much. I love doing photography. I've done photography for a few people, but they steal it from me and I didn't get paid, sometimes right out of my hands. After 3 rip offs, I've learned, just not to give it to them. I still have the exposed rolls of film in my fridge. I still love my photography and do it for myself, cause it nourishes. I love almost everything about it since I was a child and saw my daddy dive into a shed to change the roll film in his camera, or enraptured at the sight my uncle's Hasselblad. After several 35mm's and even bought studio strobes, then I bought an RZ67 with some gift money. I have some projects, one especially. I loved your admonishing about getting rid rejecting ego in all it's guises. I've been watching your posing videos cause I love photographing women and had taken some studio workshops. I guess I really do love this medium. I need to stop looking at other's work, and building on my own. You're wonderful, and thank you!!

Dear Sue, listening to one of your lessons on Fear, still after 8 years it amazes me, how truthful this is. Now I am Sixty Eight years old and still not know If I can call myself a Photographer, insecure to the bone. Sitting on my couche wondering when I get up to go through that door...I see what you mean...and knowing for many years that I am sabotaging myself. And then I say to myself, "I'll try and do my best... And then I hear my former manager saying " don't try and do your best, just fix it", this is also what I hear from you, now and again and again...I can't get it from my head to my hands. Still not knowing what my strengths are...And the only thing what I want to share are my pictures and thoughts to it. And having a lot of fear that I am going to be rejected.

I wanna thank you sooo much. I have been through horrible things in my life, one after another and it has been relentless for many years. I went to school for psychology, have shelves of self help books but this talk gave me even more insight and another way to see things. I will be reviewing it over and over again. THANK YOU For putting this out there and Sue Bryce, thank you for helping so many of us with this. I am passing it on!
