February 19, 1947 (US) - Polar Hidden Sun (Album 2024)

Killer debut release by this polar Ambient/Drone project, available on the new Boul God batch.
An excellent piece of minimalist Ambient music, themed around the theory of the Hollow Earth, more specifically the conspiracies surrounding Richard Byrd's discovery of the entrance to the Hollow Earth on the North Pole on the date described in the project name. A name that seems a nod to Ahulabrum, with its characteristic use of dates as song titles.
An oneiric journey through inhospitable and isolated lands, both estranged and familiar, bewildering and nightmarish, with over half an hour of dissonant and alienating frequencies that barely made their way to the surface.
