Thank you for answering my accent question and I love all the people weighing in. I'm from NY so I always hear Southern accents and find the differences so interesting based on our regions. Also how our parents, friends, work, spouses affect them too! Thank you for all you do, you two are great 😊

I'm from NYC, and I also lived in NJ for my childhood. I had a strong accent through the time we lived in Miami (though I took on a little of that "accent" of FL). Then I went away to school with some deep southerners. I started to sound like I was from Alabama and Arkansas like them for awhile. When I moved to the midwest the first time, my NY came back. It has remained throughout when I moved back to the south and now back to the midwest. You can tell with certain words, like when I say coffee, water, drawer, etc. I can usually tell where someone is from, though not exactly always.
I think the issue with some is that old study that stated that people could only listen to songs that were 3:30 or less because they did not have an attention span to stand any longer. That theory plays with what has happened with social media. The 149 characters or whatever it is for posts or posts that last only a certain amount of time and then disappear, etc. I have heard a lot of YTers say that they get lower numbers on longer videos. So you just take the bad with the good, depending on what matters to you. I admit as I get older, I do have a harder time with listening for a longer time, and the same with movies, music, reading, etc. However, sometimes, it is the opposite and I can sit for hours and watch and watch. I watched a video that was 95 minutes yesterday and I wasn't sure I would make it through at first; next thing I know, it was at 80 minutes in and it flew by! I think it depends on my mood and also the content. Usually I have no problem watching your videos, long or short! I do love shorts, of course, I admit, but I loved those vacation and The Villages videos, and was really immersed in them no matter how long they were. 🙂 They were just fun!

I love all kinds of accents. But I understand some people may not feel comfortable being complimented on it, which is a shame because it gives people character and culture. I agree with others, one of the reasons I find you and Kevin so endearing is your accents. I love when Andrew's in the videos because his is stronger. Great video!❤ I’ve been on 6 cruises had a great time on all of them. I’ve been to St. Maarten went on a great tour which included our last stop at Princess Juliana International Airport. We didn’t sit on the beach but were at the restaurant/bar had great seating on their covered deck. That’s the way to watch the planes fly into the airport.
We ate some good food in that bar!
Me and my sister went on the Jo Junie Tours he is a local it was a group of about 35 of us from the ship only cost about $40 tour last about 6 hours. Fed 🦎 bamboo. We went to the French & Dutch areas walked the nude beach with bathing suit on!😂 A fun tour!

I love your videos because you and Kevin both seem so positive and your viewers do talk nicely and respectfully to each other in the comments. Also when a new product comes out I always come to your channel to see if you have done a review on it yet. You genuinely seem to care about your viewers, my 13 year old daughter still talks about how I asked you to do a shout out to her when she graduated Kindergarten, she just finished 7th grade!! In my opinion you definitely have an accent Tami, especially compared to Kevin, it's not a bad thing, it's just how you talk. Your sister's accent is much heavier for sure. As for Kevin I will say he's the only person I've heard pronounce usually as "you-zully" and not more like 'you-shoo-ly'

My best friend was born and raised in a Chicago suburb like myself. When she married her second husband she was in her 30s. She moved to Texas where her new husband is from and within 2 years she developed a Texan accent and when she would call me I would tease her by saying in a Texan accent " well hello girlfriend, I was just thinking about you", she would laugh so hard that her laugh sounded Texan.

Benefits of Weight Loss - I mean, you can move better, you'll feel better in general. Your joints won't hurt etc. Breathing will be easier too. I just ran Royal Run today 10k. I was 6 seconds slower than last year... but I almost got tripped 20 times during the run because people either ran right in front of me or we were squeezed together at certain times. Mostly cause people ran right in front of me to skip a head... So I slowed up due to it... I also got shoved right at the end 😒 but honestly.. the highlight was the high five I got from Her Majesty the Queen. So I am happier than a pig in sh*t 🤣 which took an extra 5 seconds.

Tami’s accent actually reminds me a little ironically of the accent I heard growing up in Orlando, Florida; granted 40 years ago. Slight southern, but not Georgia or Alabama. Kevin sounds right out of Ohio compared to people I know from there. Accents are interesting. In NYC, the Bronx and Brooklyn have very distinct accents even though they are a subway ride away.

Just love these sit down chats. You may not believe it but I watch every video on this & lunchtime review. And I am a Brit currntly livinig in South Africa so most products have no relevance to me but I started watching so many years ago while recovering from spine surgery. I love the channels & there is no such thing as a video thats too long for me, but I am not a fan of shorts or tiktoks.
Being English, I have no idea what an average Kentucky accent sounds like. To my ear, Tami has a stronger accent than Kevin, but Andrews is the strongesr. I find Ashleys accent very different to the rest of the family
Kevin I have the same problem with typing the, my neurologist says its due to my neuro issues & eyes. I just think I type too quickly
My talents are music & cooking, but I am not interesting enough to have a secret talent.
After watching your cruise vlogs, I gave thought to going on one but to be honest the off ship activities would have no appeal no me, I am not able to spend a lot of time in the sun & am claustrophobic in big crowds

Same here, born and raised in NW Missouri but I constantly get asked where the heck I'm from, I do have relatives in Kentucky/Tennessee so I guess I have a bit of that plus the Missouri "farm folk" twang lol.
I was raised in Northern Ky and moved to London ky and I have lived here for 35 years and I still don’t have the accent. When I worked at BP Deli all the customers would ask where I was from because I talked different. Lol 🤣

If I could change something about myself, I wish I could be less meticulous about the timing of things. It can be good since it makes me very punctual, but it stresses me out to no end.
I swear I thought I'd be able to find clothes that fit me easier than before, but it ended up being the opposite. I'm 5'11" and very underweight; god forbid I find jeans I like that don't show off my ankles!!! 😠And then it's even harder when I have sensory issues regarding fabric/cuts.

Lol I really did think that you were having the pizza at 7am after you said that you did your reviews in the morning. Regarding the accent, I've only noticed two things, Kevin says the word "Nice" like a combination of the words "Nice" and "Noise" as in "Noice", and do I hear correctly, Kevin says "Micowave" without the "r"? 😅 who knows, somemes we replay the same word 50 times and still can't tell. 😅😅😅
