I can't help but see blood everywhere
It's kind of maddening. I can't help but dissociate. People chatter and laugh, eat al fresco, and go about their days and I can't help but think about how similar life used to be in Gaza city. The tension among the people is palpable though. I detest the older and well groomed people who peacock around with that air of superiority the most and the performative graffiti as well. It's just a big act that we're finally starting to see through.
