Even though EXO-K and EXO-M songs are basically the same tune but different language, they feel so different. The way Luhan and Chen sing these songs, it gives us a different vibe. And you are right, EXO-M songs do feel more aggressive
There is 2 song I want you to react to in both versions is ''what if" Eldorado " cause baekhyun and Chen high notes in it is one of the most beautiful sounds ever especially Jongdae in the Chinese version.
Finally, thank you so much for this. You are right, Luhan's powers was Telekenesis, Kris was flight, and Tao was Time Control. The rap part in MAMA was Xiumin and Kris. I agree with you, EXO-M versions are my vibe, not that I don't like EXO-K, but EXO-M just hits different. Especially Overdose, that was so lit for me.
Also, to answer your popularity in China question, Exo-K members indeed became popular in China! Often the entire group would promote on shows together in China. Sehun in particular became extremely popular, perhaps due to his super close friendship with Luhan (HunHan was an extremely popular ship in all countries) and still to this day is one of the, if not thee, most popular Korean idol and boasts one of the biggest and richest Bars (organized fandom/clubs for celebrities). As for the Chinese versions coming off as more aggressive, it could be due in part to the tones in Chinese but honestly I accredit it to Jongdae being extremely overpowered in terms of vocals in comparison to Lay, Xiumin, and Luhan (although both good singers) whereas K had Baekhyun and Kyungsoo who, power wise, are pretty equal and balanced each other out. So to have Jongdae being so powerful and loud, followed up by softer vocalists, alongside rougher rapping vocals from Kris, I think it overall makes the songs appear 'more', if that makes sense?
I think overall EXOM had a sharper sound. Luhan is the only really soft voiced one. Lay sings w a sharper pitch too so does Xiumin in many songs plus his rapping is quite deep and manly too. Taos rapping is rougher too. They always sound like the cool guy version

EXO-K members do have fans in China, esp Sehun and Chanyeol. They have been to several shows in China as a group after Wolf and Growl, thus their growing fanbase. Probably the reason why those two even have movies/series in China. Thanks for reacting to EXO-M, Sir Austin. Love that you are giving them a chance bec a lot of fans didn't even try to check on them. They are pretty much a part of EXO, even if the 3 members are no longer with the group.
Hi! EXO-M Stan here. To answer your question 24:33 Yes they did became extremely popular in China but the most popular members back then were Luhan/Kris and if my memory serves right, Chanyeol also was pretty popular. Now Chanyeol/Sehun have the biggest fanbases among EXO members (except Lay). And they still are incredibly popular in China. They even surpassed Kings of Kpop BigBang!
I think one of Sehun's biggest fanbase is from China, Chines EXO-L's is scary, even SM is scared of them to the point that when Xunqis (i think thats the fandom name of Sehun in China) ask SM to give Sehun more line in their song, then SM give Sehun more line after that. They are only scary when they are dealing with EXO's antis when they went overboard
If you want to see Tao doing some martial arts/wushu stuff, both of his solo predebut teasers feature him doing moves both with and without weapons. His second teaser was the first time he ever used his martial arts against actual opponents. I can't remember if he cried afterwards, but knowing Tao he likely cried for a little while after pretending to beat people up. He was a sensitive nugget back then. Tao is still active (under the name ZTAO) and his solo work is very good!
What I admire about Minseok and Jongdae is that, they debuted singing in a foreign languange, they barely knew about and Jongdae(a main vocal) only train for 4 months. They're just amazing. This two made me love exo m the most.
Kris had superpower of flight and it was corresponding with Chanyeol's power of fire (they were "represented" by dragon and phoenix respectively) hence that feather in fire Kris held in MAMA MV
I like when people react to the Chinese versions, it makes me smile... I know there is history with the members that have left but if people skip those versions completely they are missing soooo much from Xiumin, Chen and Lay. The Chinese version of Call Me Baby will always be number one in my book lol
I am an OT12 stan. Because i new EXO since 2013. I just love seeing them together. The song became new and different when EXOM sings it just like D.O's Rose Korean and English versions. By the way sir, if you stan TAO in EXOM you may get an approval to Mama Suho (literally Tao called Suho that) also you do not have to say sorry for enjoying music. I will support you and EXO. Take care always.
The Mandarin version of What is Love has always been my favorite of the two versions. Something about the flow of the words with that melody and instrumental just seem so fluid and elegant. I love it.
I was just watching Tao's drama "legally romance". First time watching him as an actor. Also been watching "back to field" with Yixing. Is so fun. From EXO-M besides Xiumin, Lay and Chen, of course. I think Tao would have been my bias too. I've been growing to like him. Just recently started to learn more of him.
So glad you notice baby Tao! So glad you like him, and I think you'll love his new music and even his dramas! Ps:/ if you think he got muscles back them... You should check him now!! 🤭🤭🤭
24:32 I don’t know how it was back when the ex members were still in EXO, but the EXO members ( aside from Lay) who are the most popular in China are actually Sehun, Chanyeol and Baekhyun! They have HUGE fanbases there. Also even though EXO doesn’t get to promote in China anymore, their popularity there is unparalleled
The Chinese versions of EXO songs are my favorite versions. And anyone who doesn't watch the Chinese versions I think are truly missing out. If you like EXO's Chinese versions, you will probably feel the same way about Super Junior-M's Chinese versions of their songs too. (Super Junior-M is the Mandarin Chinese sub-unit, but they produce all their songs in both Korean and Chinese too.) It's kind of like how WayV's Chinese versions of their songs have a completely different feel then their Korean or English versions. I think the difference in the songs you are hearing between the EXO-K and EXO-M versions, aren't just because they are different singers. But I think the songs are intentionally structured to sound a little different because the style of song and what appeals to a Korean audience is different than the music style that a Chinese audience is drawn to. So, for example, Chen's and Luhan's voices in the EXO-M MV is meant to have the more lyrical sound and style of Chinese songs, where Baekhyun's and D.O.'s more sultry R&B vocals are what Korean audiences like. I am so glad you also took the time to watch the EXO-M version of all of these songs, but especially "Mama." Now you see why it was important to see both versions. If you watch all versions of everything EXO does -- even if you don't react to both -- you might be able to understand a little more about EXO's mission and everything they have been sent to Earth to do. Although, the EXO-K and EXO-M versions of their MVs may look similar on the surface. None of them ever use the same footage in both MVs. The scenes that look the same only look the same because they wanted them to, but they were all shot separately. Even when all 12 or 9 members are involved in both MVs, it's never the same because the members are all given different parts depending on the version that you watch. The EXO-K or Korean versions are meant to tell the story from EXO-K's point of view, where the EXO-M or Mandarin versions tell EXO-M's side of the story. As you know, "Mama" was released in 2012, so this is more than 9 years ago. Xiumin, the oldest, was about 22 at this time and Sehun and Kai, who are the youngest, were about 18. However, if you remember, Suho and Kai were the members that trained the longest with the company before they debuted. Suho was a trainee for 7 years -- he began when he was about 14 years old (he was about 21 when he debuted) -- and Kai was a trainee for about 6 years -- he started training when he was about 12. But Baekhyun was only a trainee for about 6 months before he debuted. He was one of the older trainees at about 20 years old. So this just goes to show you the amount of hard word, dedication and talent that EXO has. You also should look up the lyrics for "Mama." As you noticed, the majority of their chant is in English: "Shoot anonymous, anonymous; Heartless, mindless; No one who care about me ... Careless, careless (Mama: Mama in Korean means Your Majesty); Shoot anonymous, anonymous (Mama); Heartless, mindless (Mama); No one who care about me (Mama)" In the beginning EXO's Mandarin MVs were subbed in Korean to help them appeal to a Korean audience. Also, if you pay attention to what the whole "Mama" song is talking about and what the lyrics mean it will give you even more insight into why EXO have been sent to Earth and what their mission is all about. However, if you look up the English translation to both the Korean and Mandarin versions of any of their songs, you will see that the lyrics are slightly different, because the story is being told from different perspectives. EXO's storyline begins with them being sent to Earth to try and heal the world and to stop and prevent the Red Force from taking over and corrupting everything. And the story in the lyrics of "Mama" foreshadows what they will have to overcome and understand about humans and our world to accomplish their tasks. EXO kind of takes humanity to task and asks us to explain why we would allow all this anger and hatred to cloud everything around us and why we don't love each other more? It's really a very beautiful message and the more you learn about EXO the more interesting the whole thing becomes. In the song the members, being aliens from another planet, are struggling to understand how we as humans could allow all this evil and bad things to happen all around us, such as war, hate and the destruction of the environment etc. and they are daunted by the fact that they are now tasked with figuring out how to fix it all and prevent more evil from taking place. That's why they need to find the two halves of the Tree of Life and reunite them to restore peace. When you see the members all together in their "Mama" MVs they are together because they are still on Planet Exo, where they are still united. But when you see them separated it is when they have all been sent to Earth. They keep flashing back and forth between present moments and recent past moments. So, how I interpret it is that at the end they aren't back together yet, but that is a scene from when they were still on EXO Planet as they are preparing to be sent to Earth. The two worlds the narrator talks about in the introduction could possibly be different dimensions, so you often see parts of their story which could be interpreted as them being in different dimensions or time periods or different moments in history. Each of the members in EXO-K has a counterpart in EXO-M so part of what you were seeing in these MVs was them showing you which EXO-K member corresponded with which EXO-M member. For example, Suho (EXO-K) with the power of water corresponds with Xiumin (EXO-M) who has the power of frost/ice; and Chanyeol (EXO-K) with the power of fire is Kris' (EXO-M) counterpart because he is the power of flight, and as you saw in the EXO-M MV, Chanyeol has the power of the phoenix and Kris has the power of the dragon which both animal spirits have fire elements and flight so they connect; D.O. (EXO-K) with the power of force and Chen (EXO-M) with the power of thunder/lightning; and Sehun (EXO-K) who has the power of wind is connected to Tao (EXO-M) who controls time; Baekhyun (K) with the power of light and Lay (M) with the power of healing; and Kai (K) with teleportation and Luhan (M) with telekinesis; etc. That's how they maintain their bond even as members of separate groups. Also, each member in EXO-K has a counterpart in EXO-M that fills the same role in each group. For example, D.O. is the main vocalist in EXO-K and Chen is the main vocalist in EXO-M; Baekhyun is the other main vocalist in K and Luhan was the other main vocalist in M; Chanyeol is the main rapper in K and Kris was the main rapper in M; Sehun is the lead rapper in K and Xiumin is the lead rapper in M; Kai is the main dancer in K and Lay is the main dancer in M; and then it's Suho is a lead vocalist in K and Tao was a rapper/vocalist in M (I'm not sure how these two really work together because Tao is more of a rapper and Suho is a vocalist, but because they are the last two they are put together. Just FYI: Although it looks like Kris (and in the EXO-K version Kai) are the ones that do that high note at the end of the screamo section, really the voice you are hearing is Chen (and Baekhyun in the EXO-K version). Tao is the one that can flip and jump like that, so he is the one that is always doing it in all of EXO's early MVs. (He does it in both the EXO-M and EXO-K MVs.) If you watch EXO's 23 pre-debut teaser videos, in at least one of them you will see Tao showcasing his martial arts skills and see that all his moves are 100% real. He can really flip and jump and spin like that and if in a battle he could kick butt. The numerous injuries he sustained from having to do those stunts in MVs and during live performances and on variety shows, etc. is one of the reasons why he left the group. The sword is real and he also often uses a staff. As mentioned before, EXO's story is part supernatural and Sci-Fi and part based on reality, which touches on real life events and things that are really happening in the world. And from the very beginning, even during pre-debut days, and everything since then and everything yet to come, it all is connected to this storyline. Everything EXO does and everything you see from them, including Baekhyun and Kai's parts in SuperM, all has something to do with the concept and story that began with "Mama," and each new installment of something from the members expands a little further on EXO's story. Whether it's an MV from the group, a solo project from one of the members, a sub-unit project, a live performance, teaser videos, concert VCRs, or even a good amount of their choreography, it all has been designed to connect to EXO's storyline. It's kind of mind blowing the amount of planning and manipulation SM has been doing over the years to connect all the dots and to continue the story. It gets even crazier when you realize how even the most minute of details were crafted to be a hidden message or detail within that storyline. Fun fact: Remember how Kai dropped his hat in the Korean version of "Growl"? In the EXO-M version, if you know what you're looking for, you will see that Suho steps on Sehun's foot and Sehun playfully hits him as he does it.
in the length of what you wrote the others are wrong like baekhyun was the only one who trained for 6months. baek and chen train only 4mnth (11) before they debuted as exo members, exom only has one main vocal only chen and luhan lead vocal and Luhan himself said that he was the lead vocalist in Exom
you made my day!!! thankssss ❤️ this is why we want people to listen to Chinese vers. too.. because it's actually different when u think it's same.. their vocals, their aggressiveness, their sexiness, their cuteness.. all different 🤭
Fun fact: Sehun Bar - i.e. Sehun's fanbase in China -- is so rich that it got an airplane painted as bday greeting for Sehun before it was a thing (done by other fanaa). We sometimes joke how rich Sehun bar is as it literally gives away luxury items.
EXOL that never listen to EXOM severely miss out on the amazing vocals from Jongdae, Luhan, Xiumin and Lay. Xiumin and Lay had so much more line's singing and rapping then we'll ever see in the early MVs or even to this day. And Jongdae slayed all the iconic killing parts people only know from Baekhyun or Kyungsoo. Don't miss out on EXOM people. Plus rapping!! Both Kris and Tao are really good rappers.
In the Mama video, the burning feather Kris has was sent to him from Chanyeol whose symbol is the phoenix, & the dragon was for Kris' flight power, each member had a counterpart in the other subunit...Also, the dance break right before the screamo-esque rap that ends with Tao's flip is the whole Exo dance line w/both K & M members, the rest being Kai, Lay, Sehun, Luhan, & Mini
I think Sehun is the most popular exok member in china hunhan(Sehun & luhan) is the most popular ship of exo, even more than chanbaek and the fact that hunhan ship still exists today 😳😳
I really am sure Tao would have been your EXO-M bias, it was mine too at that moment :( He is doing great now! You should check out more of his music, even if it is off camera
I still think What Is Love is one of the best songs ever. No matter the language I still get chills. I can say that EXO is love for sure! I understand what you mean about Chris. You can ignore his actions as a human being but you can't ignore his talent tho. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions on him. Childish people will talk sh*t anyway!
I'm sorry I'm commenting so much but I get excited when it comes to EXO I was thinking that maybe when you are free and in good health, you can watch EXO appearing in Happy Camp (a very popular show in China)! Those appearances are ICONIC for veteran EXO-L. I don't know why newer EXO-L don't talk that much about it. I can get you the links to the show. They have subtitles. Many clips like: EXO dressed as chickens, them acting like "cheerleaders", or drinking acid juice came from that show xD You should check it out

Everytime I see those "old" videos from EXO-M I can't help but feel nostalgic af... I lived this era cause I was stanning them since predebut and it felt so freaking powerfull when they were OT12. Oh god, I will never stan a group the same way I did with EXO OT12.
I prefer Chinese versions at that past times and used to listen them than K ver until Tao left...you will know when you listen M version of the b-side tracks... I'm really excited to watch someone who try to react Chinese vers...they are also precious memories...
Love this!! EXO-M is too often forgotten or overlooked by reactors for obvious reasons but they're missing out on so much (literally half of the members talents lol)!! Tbh I used to say I prefer the Korean version for dance or more "active" tracks, especially the title tracks but the Chinese version for ballads and slower songs is UNMATCHED (I'm thinking Moonlight or Love, Love, Love)... the entire Overdose album EXO-M version is a gem tbh. Chinese EXO content I'd love you to react to bc they're my absolute favourite ever: - El Dorado (Chinese version by EXO-M), literally the song that got me into EXO - Black Pearl live at The Lost Planet, Seoul (ua-cam.com/video/Cb7bL8plbcw/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ZhangLee), Zitao's rap part is my favourite + the whole EXO sing the Chinese version here!!
I love EXO M songs over EXO K, one thing is whether vocals or rap they are much powerful . Basically giving goosebumps . They were so young . And at that time definitely EXO M visuals got my mind , specially Kris , Lay . Basically they were the hottest subunit that time according to me.
I always wait for this and finally it's here. Ik it's hard to react to Chinese Ver. bcs it's very strict so thank you so much for this. World needs to know that it's not only they use different language but EXO-M especially when they still 12 is always gives different vibe from EXO-K so ppl need to listen to both.
Fun fact: I've been an EXO-L since the beginning but I thought the group was called EXO-M and I was surprised when I found out there were more members in the group, since in the MAMA M version the K members rarely appear.
Also fun fact: when EXO-M’s version of the History MV was released, they hadn’t properly edited it and left in one major flub; Kris’ zipper was all the way down and it was…noticeable to say the least. It took them days to take down the video to re-edit it. Ahh, the good ol’ days when mistakes were commonly left in the music videos until fans pointed them out. If you search up “EXO M Kris zipper down history” it should pop up LMAO
I Like exom version songs better even the b-sides , chen sounds so agressive and powerful idk if rookie dae tone or pronunciation in chinese is the reason btw if you like tao you should definitely check him out more I'll watch i think he is adorable not as ex exo memeber but as artist and person he is pretty good
3 Chinese members left EXO while one Chinese member (Lay) is promoting there and has become one of their biggest stars. All the Chinese members' careers took off after they promoted in their home country. Lay has surpassed EXO and is a one man powerhouse, getting and making opportunities he would never get while in S Korea.
Thank you for this sir austin!!! Its also my 1st time to watch and heard this with exo-m version. And i love it. 😍😍😍😍 I enjoyed watching it with you sir! 😊😊😊😊
I remember when i listened to Mama the first time. It was K version. I didn't like it at all. Then a few months later listened to the M version. I wasn't even paying attention but i loved the vocals and the rap. Then i found out it was the same song but sounds sooooo different. I can't call myself an Exo fan, but i loved Exo-M. I don't know k versions of any b side song. So i am so happy someone react to M version.
For me, EXO's debut song Mama is everything 🥰 it presented the storyline, great MV, great vocals and talents and even visual. EXO'S MAMA IS A TOTAL PACKAGE 😘❤️
Me too, i felt that exo-m was a lot more edgier than exo-k. I think may be because the average age of exo-m is older. I think. I checked out exo because of watching kyungsoo but when i saw their earlier MVs, i prefer the m-versions.
P.S. you have to understand that Exo-K & M really were 2 different groups in different languages & countries since M were based in China, & I don't know if you've noticed but not only R the videos different until Lucky One/Monster comeback, all of the b sides of every album b4 that only featured the members of that subunit, & the only way to hear all members on a song that wasn't a title track was a concert/concert CD, so even after members left the music was still separate until Ex'Act
I followed every exo teaser from the day Kai’s first teaser dropped and I remember everyone was SO SHOOK when history dropped because it was our first time hearing their voices…. Kai’s was so deep and no one expected lay’s to be so sweet.
First I just wanna say thank you for reacting to exom ,they hits different, it's my fav unit ... I am ot12 Stan and Kris is my UB .. specially thanks for being neutral about him.. his case is still on going and that so called victim is 4k caught lying ...and like what you said he is part of History .. I'm so annoyed to some exol who cut him off! And those who don't know the whole story about his case , like they hate him or they don't like him .. 🤷 well again thanks sir Austin . 👍

I think it's about time you see Tao in the horror house 😂 I suddenly miss our Panda.
and Baekhyun and Kyungsoo's betrayal 😂😂😂
So glad you notice baby Tao! So glad you like him, and I think you'll love his new music and even his dramas!
Ps:/ if you think he got muscles back them... You should check him now!! 🤭🤭🤭
24:32 I don’t know how it was back when the ex members were still in EXO, but the EXO members ( aside from Lay) who are the most popular in China are actually Sehun, Chanyeol and Baekhyun! They have HUGE fanbases there.
Also even though EXO doesn’t get to promote in China anymore, their popularity there is unparalleled
When they won an award even if there is an issue about Korea and china
It's true. And OSHBAR is the craziest one among others imo. The things they did for Sehun is just... crazy lmao
Chen's vocals are insanely powerful . Chen Luhan are really great . What is love giving me goosebumps .
Careless, careless (Mama: Mama in Korean means Your Majesty); Shoot anonymous, anonymous (Mama); Heartless, mindless (Mama); No one who care about me (Mama)"
In the beginning EXO's Mandarin MVs were subbed in Korean to help them appeal to a Korean audience.
大哥,你写的真多,但我认真看完了。谢谢你对exo_m的认可
in the length of what you wrote the others are wrong like baekhyun was the only one who trained for 6months. baek and chen train only 4mnth (11) before they debuted as exo members, exom only has one main vocal only chen and luhan lead vocal and Luhan himself said that he was the lead vocalist in Exom
I swear exo m had the coolest powers
you made my day!!! thankssss ❤️ this is why we want people to listen to Chinese vers. too.. because it's actually different when u think it's same.. their vocals, their aggressiveness, their sexiness, their cuteness.. all different 🤭
Tao's solo music is main vocal material, for real
His music is just AMAZING!!!! the vocals, the rap, the lyrics!!! 💙
Fun fact: Sehun Bar - i.e. Sehun's fanbase in China -- is so rich that it got an airplane painted as bday greeting for Sehun before it was a thing (done by other fanaa). We sometimes joke how rich Sehun bar is as it literally gives away luxury items.
*OSHBar - Oh Sehun Bar
Ztao was the ace!! rapper main dancer and in his solos he is an amazing vocalist!! you should defo react to his cdrama "the brightest star in the sky"
OMG..... EXO - M
MORE EXO - M CONTENTS, PLEASE!!!!!!
These mv versions literally brought me to exo 😭 luhan was my ult ult ult bias
Luhan and Sehun look like twins as you said. Fans call them twins and they are my bias hahaha.
I mean FINALLY exo m lol, just loved it. Try to react to more exo m album B tracks
I think Sehun is the most popular exok member in china hunhan(Sehun & luhan) is the most popular ship of exo, even more than chanbaek and the fact that hunhan ship still exists today 😳😳
Hunhan is still my ultimate ship 🥺
exo-m was SO superior 😭😭😭
Exo k And exo m have different feels
And now you’ve got the other half of the story and are complete. EXO-M fans (and OT12 fans) are now rejoicing.
No im so soft for Exo-M 😭
I really am sure Tao would have been your EXO-M bias, it was mine too at that moment :(
He is doing great now! You should check out more of his music, even if it is off camera
his music makes me starting to listen to cpop lol
Luhan's voice just fits in What is love so much that I came to like the chinese version more than the korean one. I love his voice so much
I still think What Is Love is one of the best songs ever. No matter the language I still get chills. I can say that EXO is love for sure!
I understand what you mean about Chris. You can ignore his actions as a human being but you can't ignore his talent tho. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions on him. Childish people will talk sh*t anyway!
I'm sorry I'm commenting so much but I get excited when it comes to EXO
I was thinking that maybe when you are free and in good health, you can watch EXO appearing in Happy Camp (a very popular show in China)! Those appearances are ICONIC for veteran EXO-L. I don't know why newer EXO-L don't talk that much about it. I can get you the links to the show. They have subtitles. Many clips like: EXO dressed as chickens, them acting like "cheerleaders", or drinking acid juice came from that show xD
You should check it out
This is in chronological order
First time they appeared (as EXO-M) ua-cam.com/video/g7ObNpQ7Vn4/v-deo.html
ua-cam.com/video/bdE13wa9p7A/v-deo.html (as EXO)
2nd time
ua-cam.com/video/1Yk6rZjLYVY/v-deo.html (whole EXO again)
3rd Time (EXO but Kris already left by that time)
ua-cam.com/video/R1WyUPOzxoA/v-deo.html
Thanks for the links! I haven’t seen these in ages and haven’t been able to find them with generic searches.
@@cambojoe you're welcome 🤗
Chinese EXO content I'd love you to react to bc they're my absolute favourite ever:
- El Dorado (Chinese version by EXO-M), literally the song that got me into EXO
- Black Pearl live at The Lost Planet, Seoul (ua-cam.com/video/Cb7bL8plbcw/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ZhangLee), Zitao's rap part is my favourite + the whole EXO sing the Chinese version here!!
tao my sweetie
I love EXO M songs over EXO K, one thing is whether vocals or rap they are much powerful . Basically giving goosebumps . They were so young . And at that time definitely EXO M visuals got my mind , specially Kris , Lay . Basically they were the hottest subunit that time according to me.
everything about EXO were all very entersting (12) or (9) as you said history will never be ignored for this group.
Exo-M Moonlight is my all time fave of theirs
I miss EXO_M😢
I always wait for this and finally it's here. Ik it's hard to react to Chinese Ver. bcs it's very strict so thank you so much for this. World needs to know that it's not only they use different language but EXO-M especially when they still 12 is always gives different vibe from EXO-K so ppl need to listen to both.
I was having a bad day and this reaction made my day better. Thank you for this Sir Austin!
Fun fact: I've been an EXO-L since the beginning but I thought the group was called EXO-M and I was surprised when I found out there were more members in the group, since in the MAMA M version the K members rarely appear.
EXO M EXO K WILL FOREVER BE IN HISTORY
Tao and Luhan are so pretty
EXOM hits sooo different. Always had. They were really the other side of EXOK. Not copies but 2 sides of a coin
During tiring and stressful days I go back to your exo reactions. If feels like I'm relaxing with a friend. Thanks!
I Like exom version songs better even the b-sides , chen sounds so agressive and powerful idk if rookie dae tone or pronunciation in chinese is the reason btw if you like tao you should definitely check him out more I'll watch i think he is adorable not as ex exo memeber but as artist and person he is pretty good
The MAMA Dance break is the same since
It was performed by EXO's Dance Line for both EXO K & M version
Was it
Lay
Kai
Tao
Luhan
Xuimin and sehun
@@exo-lforlife729 Yes, 4 Dancer from EXO - M and 2 Dancer from EXO - K
I really love the rapper of EXO M for me they are just hit different
Kyungsoo adlib in growl gives me chills
You should definitely react to Taos solo music he got some great vocals. Beggar is a good song by him.
Omg you’re finally reacting to EXO-M! I hope they don’t get blocked this time
The chinese version of What is Love is so much better
Omg.... This is what I'm waiting for... Thank you for your reaction...
more EXO more LOVE 🧡
I love both.. but i am used to korean version but still i cant deny exo-m also have an empact especially the rap line..
You're not crazy .. EXO-M versions are a little bit more extra..
Thank you so much Sir A for reacting to Chinese version. Yeah. I agree that the chinese version is more aggressive most especially the Overdose.
Kyungsoo and Tao are both 93 liners sir haha.
Chanyeol and Sehun have the biggest fanbases in China which is interesting as they were in EXO-K
Finally !
Congrats Sir Austin ..yt didnt block you this time .Same here , excited to watch your reaction to their chinese version .
Thank you for this sir austin!!! Its also my 1st time to watch and heard this with exo-m version. And i love it. 😍😍😍😍 I enjoyed watching it with you sir! 😊😊😊😊
Luhan is the one who can hit high note like baekhyun and dance like Kai. Btw Luhan is my first love in kpop
Nakakamiss ang EXO M, grabeng throwback!
EXO-M!!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! YOU MADE OUR DAY SIR AUSTIN! HOPE YOU'RE DOING WELL! ALWAYS TAKE CARE 💗
Me too, i felt that exo-m was a lot more edgier than exo-k. I think may be because the average age of exo-m is older. I think. I checked out exo because of watching kyungsoo but when i saw their earlier MVs, i prefer the m-versions.
Multilingual group.
Hope you can react also react to exo showtime. I also watch your uploads on the website 😂👍
P.S. you have to understand that Exo-K & M really were 2 different groups in different languages & countries since M were based in China, & I don't know if you've noticed but not only R the videos different until Lucky One/Monster comeback, all of the b sides of every album b4 that only featured the members of that subunit, & the only way to hear all members on a song that wasn't a title track was a concert/concert CD, so even after members left the music was still separate until Ex'Act
27:42 soft angelic voice line
I followed every exo teaser from the day Kai’s first teaser dropped and I remember everyone was SO SHOOK when history dropped because it was our first time hearing their voices…. Kai’s was so deep and no one expected lay’s to be so sweet.
24:29 you had me rolling on the floor with that hahahahhahaha
True tho
Man... didnt expect i would miss History so much
Honestly before monster album i prefer listen chinese album than korean vers except concert version
thank you for watching Chinese version I'm ot12 fan and react to album also pls
Ot12
Anyway, thanks Austin for making this video, I can listen to EXO songs and learn English with you kkkkk
