    Osoto Gari, simple yet, can be absolutely devastating !

    I love how these are so chill and simultaneously awkward and no one ever mentions that they are both olympians. "Hey, what's up guys. My son Jack." Like he's just explaining that he is watching the kids today. Makes me laugh every time.

    love the detail on the big part of the legs making contact. My #1 throw and I don't consistently do that. Can't wait to get back training again so I can try this!

    Nice video coach, which variation of osoto is most effective in your opinon, going straight on or cross body osoto?

    • @nicolasyonezuka1058
      @nicolasyonezuka1058 3 роки тому

      Not sure exactly what you mean by cross body, but basically whatever works for you in that moment is the most effective.

      @@nicolasyonezuka1058 i mean right against left osoto

    When you do it wrong and get countered it hurts, the ego too.

    so . . heel dig in on opponent leg 💫 is a big no no? I guess I must stop doing that now 😁

      There is a different kind of hopping Osoto where you can heal dig. Check out my video titled SIMPLE COMBO which shows this with Ashi Garuma.
