Osoto Gari, simple yet, can be absolutely devastating !
Thank you, you explained the reason why the opponent himself could throw me back
love the detail on the big part of the legs making contact. My #1 throw and I don't consistently do that. Can't wait to get back training again so I can try this!
Thanks for presenting the details in such a comprehensive cleal manner
Very cool ... This was the most informative outer reap osoto I've ever seen, so many great details good job

Nice video coach, which variation of osoto is most effective in your opinon, going straight on or cross body osoto?
Not sure exactly what you mean by cross body, but basically whatever works for you in that moment is the most effective.
@@nicolasyonezuka1058 i mean right against left osoto
Pay attention to detail!
Do you have a video on creating kazushi?
Not yet
When you do it wrong and get countered it hurts, the ego too.
so . . heel dig in on opponent leg 💫 is a big no no? I guess I must stop doing that now 😁
There is a different kind of hopping Osoto where you can heal dig. Check out my video titled SIMPLE COMBO which shows this with Ashi Garuma.
