I have this Doohickey Ratchet and really like it with some modification. First, I took their bits out to save weight. I typically need more clearance than half a bit above what I am trying to fasten or unfasten with a screw.
Their bits have a ball detent and what I use does not. So what I use (the Steinwhale Stubby bit extender) passes through the ratchet and catches on the top of the extender cylinder. I don't mind this, as I can just put downward pressure on the extender cylinder when screwing something in. I don't need the ratchet to "retain" the extender.
This Steinwhale bit extender allows me to use double-sided Steinwhale stubby bits, double-sided Wiha bits and even Leatherman bits.
Finally, there is a back up ratchet in case the main unit fails or in case there is not enough room to use the main ratchet. The bottle opener has a lip to it. The curved portion of the bottle opener fits a 1/4" hex bit or extender. The lip portion catches the hex going one direction, and the lip disengages going the other direction. As with the main ratchet, just turn the pry bar over to go the other direction.
It's a genius bottle opener design that basically does the same thing EverRatchet built their whole brand on, and more pry bar and knife makers should pay heed to this design.

I own the Ever Ratchet. It lives on my key chain.
The most used part is the prybar but as a box opener and screw driver.
I’ve used the ratchet only few times, get a bit of time to get used to.
The rubber bands Will break over time, specially if you have it on you keys.
Fun fact: the bit will rust a bit over time (the tool won’t as it’s Ti) and that little rust layer made the bit less slippery in the ratchet and in the slot. It won’t fall off even without the bands.

Thank you for your videos Sir.....I have the DoohicKey, as you said, its a bit big for a key chain, not real practical as a tight quarters ratchet, so it lives in my desk drawer, where I do use it on occasion. I have a Kershaw PT1 on all of mine and my wife's vehicle's key chains and have put one on all of my kids key chains. They all agree it is super useful, and it gets used way more than they each expected. I carry both a Kershaw tactical knife and a modified Victorinox Pioneer X as my daily in pocket carry items, I dont really need the ratchet feature on either DoohicKey or the Ever Ratchet.

I bought it to go with my Gerber armbar to give me an extra two double ended bits to take my options to six, as well as a decent pry bar which the armbar doesn't really have. The ratchet was a bonus
