ഈ കാര്യം ഒക്കെ 22 കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് ചെയ്ത ഞാൻ 😀😀😀 ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ലോഡിൽ ഉള്ള എല്ലാ സെക്ഷന്റെയും ന്യൂട്രൽ separate ചെയ്തു ELCB വച്ചാൽ ഇൻവെർട്ടർ സപ്ലൈയും ELCB പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷൻ കിട്ടും. ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ലോഡ് ഏതൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടോ അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ ന്യൂട്രലും ELCB ത്രൂ separate ന്യൂട്രൽ ലിങ്കിൽ മാത്രം കൊടുക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളു. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ elcb നിക്കില്ല

ഒരു suggestion ഉണ്ട്.കാഡ് ഫയലിൽേ ഡ്രോയിങ്ങ് കാണിക്കുന്നതിന് പകരം അത്pdf ഫയൽ ആക്കി കാണിച്ചാൽ വളരെ നല്ലതാണ്. കാരണം നല്ല ക്ലിയർവ്യൂ കിട്ടും. ഇതിൽ പല കളറിലെ ലൈൻസ് ബ്ലാക്ക് ബാക്ക് ഗ്രൗണ്ടിൽ വ്യക്തമായി കാണുന്നില്ല. ഇനിയുള്ള വീഡിയോയിൽ അത് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുമല്ലോ

അവിടെ DP switch വെച്ചത് കൊണ്ട് കാര്യം ഇല്ല.20A single pole switch മതി.neutral കൂടി കട്ട് ആവാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണെങ്കിൽ ,ഡിപി സ്വിച്ച് ഓഫ് ചെയ്താലും output neutral common ആയത്‌ കൊണ്ട് മിന്നൽ വന്നാൽ output neutral വഴിയും ഇൻവെർട്ടർ എത്തുമല്ലോ.....

Errors in this drawing from my point of view
1 No RCCB protection( as you said)
2 Separate neutral bar will not work in this drawing ( as you said)
3 while working via inverter , current will flow to transmission line via neutral( it’s dangerous to lineman)
4 Didn’t mentioned regarding cable sizes , its also important to mention cable size of inverter output to DB .
Comparing to others its good way of approach. Those who looking for cost effective way can adopt. But one who looks for more safety it’s not suitable.
Ya 3rd one we said about using two rccb,same circuit will be explained soon

Only phase line is required from inverter output to DB. Neutral is common and already available in DB. This is the standard.
Actually what you said is not the standard,this is the conventional practise.

According to IEE Rule your design is illegal. Never mix phase, neutral with Main power supply. Should provide change over switch (manual or auto). C/ O Switch - Sources: Main P/S + Inverter / DG set.
Common point of C/O Connected with DB of house circuit.
Incoming supply of the Inverteter from the Main P/S through a 2 Pole MCCB.
Should provide necessary protection of the I/C supply of the C/O Switch.
ഒരു കാര്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കുക, ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ഇൻവെർട്ടർ സപ്ലൈ ലൈനിൽ പോയാൽ വലിയ അപകടങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കും, അതിനാൽ phase, neutral ഒരിക്കലും മെയിൻ സപ്ലൈയും ആയി കലരാൻ പാടില്ല. D. G സെറ്റ്
