wait this is all rock? the first few songs sounded like classic country, but i have heard some of these sound more like classic rock, before the rock era lol, i mean the 80s rock era. but what do i know i was just a 90s kid who listens to older music because all my era music is trash, ok maybe not everything is trash, but so much of it is trash.
You know what's funny, I've been trying to look for Old Country like this, but it is very difficult to find on youtube, I just clicked on this video because I liked one of your other videos, that was playing Doo-wop music which I also like, but I've been searching for good old country classic country music, not any of this new age crap they make today, in fact a lot of the stuff that's been made since the '80s I don't necessarily like, anytime before that in country I like, and I think this is roughly in the era that I enjoy, so thanks for uploading.
What does RGM stand for? I lived thro this era 1960 - '66. - sure J Meek wasnt involvd in record produc till J. Leyton - Johny remember me in Sep '61 a No 1 on TopRank . Earlyr discs : Mike Preston - Mr Blue - a 1959 DECCA cover of Th Fleetwoods ; Be mine - LanceFortune - on PYE is back d by th JohnBarry 7 strings (I hav these 45s , also Mike Berry- Dont u think its time HMV ) . I bought Love &. Fury - Th Tornados inMar '62-- DECCA - not a hit. Sadly, th Jo Meek era ended trajicly on x/ x ? 1967 when he shot dead his landlady, then himself.
@@joehollyfan1959 i thought the name was just a shortened name for the artist, because youtube doesn't like copywrite, so the channel owner had to hide the name to make it so we can still listen. either way, i'm glad this person did this because otherwise i wouldn't be able to listen to these classics as for some reason this kind of music is near impossible to find on youtube.

Joe Meek's real name was Reginald George Meek hence the RGM.
