Brilliant review as per usual big lad.👍 No fishing on the loch this morning, too much snow here in Scotland David,so I’ll have a wee lie in,and get up in time to watch the gers at 12:30 Im hoping for a cricket score the day from the bears the day in the cup.🙏🏼

No worries amego to be fair if I'm walking any distance I prefer my merell boots they support my feet better but they aren't the best in water or marshy ground

Hi David that was a good honest review you should try seal skin socks and you'll not have to worry about damp boots again

David, I've been watching your overnighter vids - so far without comment - because I find them and your overall commentary and other thoughts very interesting. Now, I'm not into fishing and I only have a pair of cheap bog-standard wellies that I wear only a few times a year. I understand the need for higher quality ones for what you do, but just at Christmas I was in a shop with an extensive wellie section and I was flabbergasted at some of the prices! Cheers mate.

Hey how's you doing buddy good to hear from you, some of the horsey people spend mad absolutely mad money on what's basically a welly boot but for horsey types.
I did enough work in cold stores and found out rapidly I was a horrible prick when I had wrecked cold feet hahaha so I found out no matter where I ended up in the world be it desert in Iraq or the artic circle in Norway I always made sure I had the best boots possible.

@@DavidScobie Getting back in the groove after a wee break and my best mate passing. A few new whiskey reviews coming up this week.
The Mrs has family down your way - next time I'm down I'll have to drop you a line to catch up for dram or two. You might even educate me of some basic fishing. Cheers.

Oh the Scottish side of me fucking hates spending money on boots but I need them, id sooner buy something decent that lasts then spend twice as much buying cheap shit ten times over

Really good review. I don't think you have good enough fishing gear I can see lots of empty space 😁

That's because the Pike gear is in the Van when the Pike and Coarse gear is in the mancave it's hard to move 😆
