  • The documentary 'Mediterranean gastronomy' recounts the importance of food in cultures bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and its export to the world. As well as a moderate consumption of fish, seafood, poultry, dairy products (yogurt, cheeses) and eggs. The consumption of small amounts of red meat and daily contributions of wine consumed in moderation, generally during meals.
    The province of Alicante leads the Mediterranean lifestyle recognized by chefs, food critics, doctors, athletes and many professionals from all sectors, who see in this land the compendium of ingredients for a healthy life.
