Portland Head Lighthouse, Maine Drone

The Portland Head Lighthouse is a large historic lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. This lighthouse was completed in 1791, making it the oldest in the state of Maine. The lighthouse sits on the head of the land at the entrance of the primary shipping channel into Portland Harbor, which is within Casco Bay in the Gulf of Maine.

We are traveling to this area in July 2022. We are planning to visit several lighthouses in Maine. I would love to fly my Mavic 2 Pro in the area. From my research I don’t see any restrictions here at the Portland Head Light. Did you have to request any permission or have any restrictions? Great Videography by the way!
