This is perfect. I have had the same squatty as this for years... We are doing a hotel birth as home is too far away from the midwife and I think this will be perfect in the shower if I need to sit... Or move it anywhere if I wish! Thank you for sharing!

Can we do this in early labour?
squatting can be an effective position for labor and you may find a birth stool or the squatty potty comfortable.
What height squatty potty do you recommend? Or does it matter?
I would get the original one ,...it is the highest
Great idea! Birthing stools are so expensive. Going for $200-$400.
those kids pools that are most popular for pain control in labor and water birth used to cost about $35. then when the manufacturers caught on to the fact that women were using it for that, they jacked the price up to over $100. shameful. i personally just said screw that and bought another model.
